They are a bunch of con merchants, ruined my chair, now got to pay a fortune to have it put right, not worth one star! Not a registered company, just cowboys. The girl arrived, very uncommunicative. Didn’t have a clue what she was doing! Don’t use this company!

I wish that I could give this company 0 stars! They quoted to repair my leather jacket (small tear and sleeve seam come undone) for £79. I accepted the quote as I love the jacket and really wanted to repair it.
When it arrived back I was very disappointed in the quality of the repair, particularly the seam on the sleeve. Which was badly puckered and with enormous stitches, but the worst thing was that I couldn’t even get my arm into the sleeve as they had stitched the lining together inside. This stitch had to be cut to get my arm in, at which point the whole repair came undone.
I have contacted the company who. Say they will re-repair the jacket if I send it back to them at my own cost!!!!
I have es pained that I am not happy with this resolution, but they have now closed the ‘file’ on my repair and are refusing to reply to any more emails.
Quite honestly with the state of the first repair, I’m not sure that o would trust them with my jacket again and will be looking for a decent leather repair company.
A complete waste of £79 of hard earned money 😡

This is a rogue trader. Will only accept cash or a bank transfer. No phone number or address provided on the receipt and “guarantee”. No response from the email with regards the work that has not been satisfactorily completed. The supposedly “re-stuffed” seat and back cushions on my leather corner suite look exactly the same as they did before. I’m sure the trader just plumped them up so that they temporarily looked liked he’d put extra stuffing in!

What a joke. £500 down the drain. We thought this was a reputable company. Wish we’d read the reviews.

Work carried out on our black 3 piece suite, by a rude uncommunicative individual. Once complete we were advised not to use for 5 days, no indication of this prior to starting. Worse, the entire room has been left with a coating of black, I can only assume this is the spray dye used. Still trying to clean everything, over a week later, and worried it will all come off the chairs. Absolutely no way to contact this "organisation". Avoid at all costs.

I received a quote after my initial enquiry. Since accepting 3 days ago I’ve had no further replies so I assume the company aren’t interested in the work.

After reading further reviews here I’m unlikely to proceed.

Vendor did reply this morning after4 days. I’ve elect d to go elsewhere.

Sent enquiry on 4/3/2022 with photo, received quotation which I accepted and had a booking for 9/3/2022 and no body turned up. Send email with regard no body turning up, they where very sorry that they would reschedule for 8/4/2022 and again nobody turned up. Send email and never received a reply. Enquiry number 63452 and the person was called Dave but no phone number. Awful service and missed two days off work.

Had my leather jacket picked up for repairs . Ten weeks later and after numerous emails chasing up they said my bag was repaired . That's funny thought they were repairing my jacket. They demanded payment by bank transfer only ,not as advertised on website. Realizing a scam I told them over the phone that I am refusing to pay unless I see the jacket repaired . Meet with a rude response and told my jacket will be discarded . Do not use this scam company .

Dont even deserve 1 star. Scammed me out of £1000. My Own fault for not checking reviews. The guy I dealt with by email was curt and rude. I had a gut feeling not to use them. Wish I had listened to it. Left my 2 settees looking worse than when they started. Telling me it was wear and tear. Now I know that's rubbish... 11yrs old they are.. That's wear and tear not 3 months after "fixing" them. What a waste of space this company is. Please do t use them and give them your hard earned money

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They had my leather jacket for 12 weeks, and when it came back, it was in a worse state than when it left. avoid like the plague.

These 12 weeks included me constantly chasing them. I should have known when the Hermes driver didn't turn up for collection 3 times that I should have gone with someone else.

Needless to say, my email complaints have largely gone unanswered.

This company is a complete scam, please don’t get caught out like I did, I have never seen my bag again. Please read all the reviews from the beginning, people have reported them and hopefully they will get caught out soon. Wow now 10 x 5 star reviews in a day and 5 x 5 star reviews on another day. Surprisingly Emma Megan and Ben Stocks have wrote identical reviews and Gerald Newman and Jhon Snoow (there spelling not mine) (to be edited soon I’m sure) have wrote identical reviews too, copy and paste 🤔 avoid at all costs, or it will be at your cost.

The positive reviews are not genuine! It's a scam, don't send them any money by BACS! You won't be able to get the service nor your money back. This company does not exist, it's a conman. Money sent, service not received after months. No refund, no further communication, no reply to emails. They don't even provide their phone address nor their address. The company is not registered anywhere. Absolutely avoid if you don't want to lose you money. Wish I checked the company's details before paying them! Because this company does not exist

I sent my bag to be repaired. The website claimed bags are repaired within 5 days, after 2-3 weeks I contacted them to see where my bag was, my emails were met with very curt responses, I started to search for reviews and wish I had done this sooner, shocking. I eventually got an email to say wonderful news my bag was ready, I just had to pay £59 and they would send it to me. They sent me bank details but as banks won’t let you pay online if details don’t match, which they didn’t, I asked to pay by PayPal, they said they don’t have pay pal or other methods even though it is advertised quite clearly on the top of their website. Tried to sort this with the bank but they confirmed it wasn’t a match. When I contacted them again they said my bag had gone to auction to cover their costs, even though they didn’t let me pay by a method that they advertise. A complete scam, stay well clear!!!!

Dreadful experience. Sent bag for repair, after a month asked for bag back. They demanded £35 to return bag. Would not supply photo of bag I presume that they would take money and not return bag. Have reported them to Trading Standards and Crime Stoppers. All emails met with Curt, Rude response. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE?

Scammers, lying, cheating, thieving company who does not honour its obligations. Don't use them. They promised to return and didn't. Also make you pay by bank transfer so no recourse.

I arranged a leather car seat repair and the finished job was laughable and I felt embarrassed for people to see it, honestly my child could have done a better job. I was never advised the repair would be so obvious and assumed the seat cover would be removed and repaired properly. After complaining to Dave who never explained he would do a ‘bodge’ repair on accepting the job. He refused to accept my disappointment nor would send me a invoice for the work carried out. Avoid this poor workmanship, it looked better before he turned up.

It's a shame you have to give one star. I sent my mum's favourite handbag for repair. I did get it back, after paying a fortune and it was in worse condition that when I sent it. One seam that had split hadn't been stitched, it had been glued. Another seam hadn't been repaired at all. The stud that needed replacing had been replaced with one that wasn't even a close match and was so poorly fitted it fell out when I opened the bag. Finally, it had been 'cleaned' with a greasy slimy cream which made the leather feel awful. I've had to now send it off elsewhere to try to get what they did undone and the repairs done properly. Avoid at all costs.

I thought this was a legitimate company. Sent my gucci soho handbag for a repair, paid for the repair and I've not received my bag back. They have also emailed me being rude and abusive. These people need to try and work for a living to buy their own things not take something that isn't theirs. I have contacted the police in Spalding and also crime stoppers/action fraud. The handbag cost me £1200, it was out of warranty with Gucci that's why they couldn't help. My insurance wont cover this either because they say I have willingly sent it to them. They are the lowest form of scum I have ever come across. They wont get away with this for much longer.
