I am so disappointed with this company! I was excited to support a black female entrepreneur but will never purchase from them again. The company seems very disorganized and frankly not together. I ordered over 2 months ago, got a tracking number finally for an item that was apparently on backorder. When I finally received a partial order I was even more disappointed in the way the product was cut up. It was like I got remnants.
I canceled my first order because I could not wait for the backorder to come in. I am still Waiting for my refund. As a small business owner I do not have disposable capital.
I urge anyone who wants to order to check ✔ before to see if your items are in stock.
I suggested that they put that on their website so you have the option to wait or move on.

I’ve order almost 2 months ago and haven’t received anything. I spoke with someone last Friday; I was told that my items would be shipped out Monday and I would be refunded for the products they were out of. I was also supposed to be receiving a free fragrance oil. I’ve been very patient, but now I just want a refund because I’ve been spending money buying what I was supposed to have a month ago

Been waiting since March for my order...Finally said was issuing refunds about 4 weeks ago still have not received my order or a refund. Not impressed at all

I placed an order on May 4th and never received a tracking number or any updates on my order. I sent several emails to which I got no response then finally Last week after almost a month a got a short email stating the items I ordered were out of stock and they would work on getting me a refund. I’m still waiting for that refund and it’s June 5th. I understand shipping delays and etc. due to covid because I’m a business owner myself, but I don’t get how you can take a persons money when an item is in stock but email them a month later saying the item is now out of stock and not issue a refund in a timely fashion. I will never place another order with this company.

When I ordered the item, it was not out of stock. After over a week and a half, my order still had not been shipped. I know their processing and shipping times were delayed by 3 to 5 days at the time I submitted the order, but a week and a half was quite a long time to wait. I reached out about my order status and they said they ran out of stock and would be getting a shipment the following day and could only send me 4 of the 6 pounds of clear melt and pour base I originally ordered. 1) I wish I knew they were out of stock *way* earlier because I chose The Life Organizer because the posted shipping time was less than most other places at the time. After needing to wait and week and a half to even get it shipped, I would have been able to order it at several other websites and get it before The Life Organizer even got it shipped out (If I had been told they ran out of stock. I feel like they didn't want to tell me they ran out of stock and hoped I'd wait so they didn't lose the sale) and 2) I still haven't been sent the remaining 2 pounds from my original order of 6 pounds. As far as I'm aware, I haven't gotten a refund for those 2 pounds nor have I been notified of those 2 extra pounds being shipped out. The invoice in the box of 4 pounds I did get said 6 pounds, yet only 4 pounds were in the box. I was expecting a followup to let me know 2 more pounds would be sent out at a certain date. I understand running out of stock happens, but communicating with the customer instead of leaving them to wait without up-front communication is kind of a turn-off to a company to me.

Did not receive full order and no one has responded to any requests for help. Took a very long time to receive half an order.

Even through a pandemic, The Life Organizer delivered a quality product, exactly as it was described, at a fair price. I will definitely buy from them again.

I am changing my review after speaking with the owner. I did not receive my package and with some emails back and forth we finally got it sorted out. Salayna is a professional and kind person. And in the end helped me. I blame FedEx for not saying where they put my package, whether it be in my mailbox or at my door.

Great prices combined with fast shipping are awesome decision to shop here!

I placed an order for several items and they were never shipped but I was charged on my credit card. I had to contact them multiple times before I finally received a response that they would issue a credit but never received the credit. The free shipping is too good to be true because they never ship it.

Products were as described, they were very good at communicating.
Shipping was rough butttt I know they were extremely backed up because of quarantine so I can’t fault them for that.

Order was late. After it arrived I am satisfied with your product. The code that I and others received as an apology for the late shipping does not work. I understand completely about why it was late but don't understand why the code doesn't work.

Such a simple, pleasant process. Nice product to work with. Very pleased and will shop here again.

I was very pleased with all three of my orders. I finally found the right wax to use for all of my applications and love the quality of the candle dyes.
Hopefully, shipping will be quicker after this pandemic subsides but overall, I am very pleased.

Both small bottles of fragrance oil leaked. Slow shipping

The shipping did take a while, but under the circumstances it was understandable, and they did increase the shipping speed once it was shipped. The products are as described.
