Disappointed
When I got my pre workout supplement back in May I opened it to see that it the powder had hardened and crystallised. I have made several attempts to contact the company, where they responded to my first email asking if I would like a replacement supplement. I agreed - and I am still waiting for the replacement supplement to arrive. I have attempted to contact the lipo guy with no response to my emails. This order was made back in May of this year so there has been plenty of time for the company to send me my replacement, or even respond to my emails. I am very disappointed in this service and will definitely think twice before I order anything from this company again.

Useless customer support
Having an issue with my order because of Australian Post, tried to send an email to:
info @ thelipoguy. com. au for support
But they completely ghosted me... Haven't replied to a single email. Really looks like they provide zero support when you have problems with your order.
Once I get my refund, I will never do business with them again.

Best supps, reasonable prices, great service
The only local shop to reliably stock a good range of the absolute best quality supplements available worldwide. You could try ordering from America and you will probably pay more and you might not receive them. I'll buy protein and isolated aminos in bulk from one of the two big Australian suppliers but always here for powerful pre-workout and recovery products.
