For book a olics and non book lovers this is a beautiful gift company. They are my go to for journals , mugs , bags and games especially.
For the past few years I’ve bought the little journal and it is now very popular in my mums book group as it’s the perfect size.

Everything is packaged carefully and delivered promptly so there is no fear of birthdays and christmas being gift less .

If you're like me and have people in your life with super-specific interests, this is the shop for you. This is an odd thing to say in a review, but the mugs are a perfect weight. Gifted one some time ago and it's a great drinker fromer..

Fantastic customer service. An order from this company was lost by EVRI. The company sent a replacement (not via EVRI) which arrived within 24 hours. Included a return label for me to use to return the original parcel in the unlikely event of EVRI ever finding and delivering it. Dealt with on the phone by someone who could think, understand the problem and come up with solutions.

I’m very disappointed with these products. I was waiting for them to arrive with excitement because I’ve ordered them as Christmas gifts for family members, but when I opened the package I was really upset.

The bags are such poor quality, I can get the same sort in Flying Tigers for £1 not £10.99!

The material of the tea towels is better but the printing has already started fading after the first wash.

I leave 1 star for the idea as my family and I are very much into literature and Shakespeare, but otherwise I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company whatsoever.

Nothing wrong with the items ordered, but appalling postal experience and broken promises about postage time. On 17 December I paid £5 extra for maximum 4-day delivery time, including during the Christmas period. It took 10 days for my order to even be dispatched.

The parcel company didn't have its own website and the only way to track the parcel was through some dodgy Russian site full of sex pop-ups. I know what the delivery company does is out of the vendor's control, but just use a reputable company, not some weird one that no one has heard of and you can only track on a very dodgy website.

Bought a book three weeks before Christmas as a gift. It didn’t come and no update was given. 6th of January I was told that the package had been returned by courier and that I would receive a refund

Very disappointed. Items looked amazing on line but nothing like when they arrived. The Quentin Blake mug is lovely but small. The Cicero Library bag is not great quality either. The Bodleian mini books are sealed in cellophane which is split. They also looked much bigger on line and I'm sure that the measurements were somewhere but I never found them. I planned to split them and give them to different people but I will have to keep them myself.
