Ordered on 3rd December, I’ve sent 2 emails asking where my order is & no response. I’m passing this onto my bank as soon as 15 days have elapsed.

Ordered product 4 weeks ago. Was sent the incorrect product and was told if I returned it, I would be sent the correct item. Waited a week to be sent a return label. Have been told my correct item has been sent but that it wasn’t possible to get a tracking number. Barely any apologies and a real lack of urgency. I would avoid - seems like a scam company unfortunately.

The 5 star reviews here are written by the company management - Lois Hill is the company owner claiming to be a customer.

Ordered nearly £80 worth of goods on 1st July still not received. Emails were ignored, then 7th July I got through on the phone, then had an email to say they had had an issue with website, I could have goods or refund, in good faith and understanding that things can go wrong I opted for the goods. On 12th July got an email to say they had had another issue and goods were being despatched by Royal Mail 24, it’s now 18 days since I placed an order and still not received. My emails are being ignored, phone calls are not answered….even left a voicemail on 14th. Do not buy from here. I will pursue!

If I could give zero I would. Wish I’d read reviews first. Ordered Dermalogica skin smoothing cream and paid £98. Received nothing and had no correspondence. I’ve raised with PayPal for refund. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

Ordered Dermalogica products from them at such a good price! Everything arrived on time and I got free shipping and a free gift because I ordered so much. Couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else and they had bespoke Dermalogica free gifts that I havn't seen anywhere else

Waited 2 weeks for delivery of a £150 Dermalogica order from the little beauty company (Liverpool) that was meant to contain a firm and repair gift set .. the parcel eventually arrived after I had to call the salon to check it had been dispatched..when it arrived there was no firm and repair set but an opened package containing a facial roller.. the daily microfoliant package was already opened and had no hygiene seal on it which is disgusting.. I wouldn't of bothered to order from the little beauty company if it wasn't for the firm and repair gift set I thought I would receive as I already own a facial toning machine! the invoice says firm and repair kit is included but the facial roller is in there instead .SO DISAPPOINTED WILL NOT USE THE SALON AGAIN!!!
