Amazing customer service from The Little Green Sheep. After a small issue with my baby’s Moses basket, Demi responded straight away and arranged a replacement that arrived the very next morning. Couldn’t ask for better support ahead of my newborn's arrival!

Sold me a faulty Moses basket which would have caused serious injury if used. Once contacted and finally got a response (they take more than the 1-3 days stated, and they do not answer the phone), they offered to send a replacement spare part. 2 weeks later the spare has still not arrive and they no longer respond. Issue is still not resolved. The customer service is diabolical, please avoid this company at all cost

Avoid: promised refund now ignoring my emails
Item returned at start of February after agreeing return with customer services. Then heard nothing until I emailed them 23 March to chase it up. On 25 March I received an email from Tesni at Green Sheep Group saying “ Thank you for confirming this, I have gone ahead and had this refund issued for you. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to be received back.” No refund arrived - so I have contacted another three times and have received no reply. 22 April and still no refund or contact. Wasting my time and money when I have a baby to look after.
*update* Just to note re their reply that the email address they provide is the same one I have been contacting the whole time, since the review received a reply from Sammy who said no record of my return so I sent their tracking info back to them. Still no refund and no subsequent reply.

Very disappointing experience with Little Green Sheep.
We ordered a Moses basket and stand (Order 34379), and unfortunately the stand had a clear manufacturing fault — the screws simply do not fit the pilot holes properly, leaving them sticking out and making the product unsafe. A replacement was sent, but it had exactly the same issue.
At that point, we requested a full refund, which the company agreed to. However, it has now been 6 days since that offer, and we have had no further response or progress on arranging the return or issuing the refund.
This is especially frustrating as they are still holding our money while we are left with two faulty products and are now having to urgently source a safe alternative before our baby arrives.
The lack of communication is unacceptable, particularly given the circumstances. Poor product quality combined with poor customer service — I would not recommend.

Expensive and poor quality product
I spent £170 on a product i was really looking forward to having, being a first time mum. When it arrived i inituially noticed the basket had a green tinge to it. There are marks on the stand, the wood is warped, no matter how much we tighten the screws, the peices dont fit together very well. Its almost like the screw reaches the end of its pilot hole before bringing the two peices of wood together. The screw holes to each peice dont even line up.
Overall im quite disappointed with the product which is saddening as this is my first child and was all excited about buying this product.
I have tried to make contact with the supplier by two different emails. Its been almost 2 weeks and still no response. I even provided images of the damages/ defects.
All i want to do is return the product and get the money i spent on this item back but they do not follow their returns policy.
Im frustrated having spent this amount of a faulty product and to not even have so much as a response or an apology.

Misleading Next-Day Delivery Service
I paid an additional £7.95 for next-day delivery, expecting my item to arrive on 27/03/2026. Unfortunately, this did not happen.
After tracking my order, it became clear that the parcel was not handed over to the delivery partner in time for next-day delivery to be fulfilled. Based on this, it was evident that the promised timeframe could not be met.
I find this extremely misleading. When customers pay extra for next-day delivery, it is reasonable to expect that the service will be carried out as advertised. Failing to meet this expectation undermines trust and reflects poorly on the company’s reliability.
As a customer who paid a premium for expedited shipping, I am both disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience. I would expect greater transparency and for advertised service levels to be upheld.
If you’re considering purchasing any products of this brand, I would recommend buying it from a more reliable retailer, such as John Lewis, which stocks the same brand but has a much more trustworthy delivery service.

I rang to ask for help with replacement…
I rang to ask for help with replacement fixings which I had lost for our grandsons cot. I quite expected to be advised that there was a cost involved and I would have to purchase a complete set of fixings when I was only 6 fixings short out of 40, having lost them.
To my surprise DEMI agreed to set a complete new set of fixings out free of charge. A great result. Demi was so kind. Great customer service

Paid but never got my order, impossible to reach anyone actual human
Ordered before 1 pm on a working day to get the next day delivery. 3 days later, there is not even a confirmation email. I need the mattress urgently for a baby. It is completely impossible to reach anyone about this. I have payed over £100 and cannot get anyone to even talk to about where is my “next day delivery”. The chatbot is completely useless and keeps raising new tickets for customer service to call me within 24 hours which has not happened. The company is charging premium amounts for products but saving money on customer service if they even employ an actual human besides the useless chatbot. Save yourself stress and money and never buy from this company, it’s gone downhill, you’ll never see your order anyway.

Fantastic company!
Fantastic company and very kind and understanding customer service - I personally dealt with Tesni who was kind, understanding and empathetic.
We had an issue with the delivery company sadly delivering our order to the wrong address. This was no fault of The Little Green Sheep and yet they were very understanding with regards to our upset and the inconvenience caused.
They're are a wonderful company and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
The items I ordered were great quality and we're very happy despite having to wait that bit longer for delivery.

Outstanding customer service
I contacted Snüz regarding a missing box from our SnüzKot cot bed after a house move. Although this wasn’t a warranty issue, their team responded quickly, kindly and without hesitation arranged a replacement to be sent out.
The whole process was smooth, professional and genuinely stress-free. Demi was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout.
It’s rare to experience service like this — especially when the issue wasn’t the company’s fault. I’m so grateful and would absolutely recommend Snüz for both their products and their customer care.

Unsafe products
So many things wrong with this product that it’s shocking to me that trusted retailers like Mamas & Papas and John Lewis would stock them. The rocking stand was impossible to put together due to a manufacturing / design fault where the screws don’t even fit in and nothing is aligned. The straps that were fixed on came twisted which meant they don’t lay flat, causing an issue when it comes to laying the basket safely on the stand. Worst of all, the fitted sheet does not fit the mattress no matter how tightly I pulled and all of the loose material is a health and safety hazard to a newborn baby. There are serious design flaws with these products that haven’t been immediately addressed (can see the same complaints time and time again). I’ve requested a full refund for all products but yet to hear back.
