Amazing product and service

Swift delivery (even overseas) and superb quality. I have bought from The Little Tibet on several occasions for my daughter and I hope to do so again. My daughter loves your merchandise and loves the thought that buying from you helps to support Tibetan crafts-folk. The value-for-money is remarkable. All strength to your elbow!

Scarf was lovely but was very creased - would have looked so much nicer & more expensive if not as creased when the recipient opened the gift. Gift sleeve is not as nice as previous packaging used.

After accidentally washing my girlfriend's tibetan wool blanket on a 60 degree cycle I was determined to win back her favour by purchasing another one. Thanks for the prompt service and getting my out of the dog house (where the old blanky resides)!

I am utterly happy when I played my new singing bowls. Everything from the order to the shipping was very smooth. Just one important detail. Since UK is not in the EU I had to make customs clearance and I wasn’t aware of that. It will be helpful to have a note somewhere when one is making a purchase that customs clearance and duty taxes could be customers responsibility.
The singing bowls that I ordered are amazing and completely match the web site description.

The file format is not easy to access and read, requires a special type of application, not easy to change to PDF

I have contacted the company via fb, instagram and email numerous times to arrange a return and refund but I am ignored. The item is wrong and I am out of pocket. I still want a solution to this problem and will have to try a resolution through my bank if I am still being ignored.

This was a beautiful product, gorgeous design and excellent manufacture. It was well packaged and came within the expected delivery time, certainly would purchase from Little Tibet again.
