They do care for my father in law. Sometimes it's all a bit hectic with travel etc, but mostly ok. The carers don't like dogs which is a shame as we have 2 so have to take them out when they arrive
The care the staff have shown to my mum has been exceptional. Mum's needs have changed going from one visit per day to now four visits and TLC have been there to help guide us so that we access the help that ensures mum can stay in her own home, safe and well cared for. From the girls who are office based to the team who care for mum on a daily basis, we don't know how we would cope without their experience and never ending support. They work together to ensure the best care of the highest quality is given on every visit. My mum is treated as if she was a family member and that is one of their best qualities, the very personal touches in all that they do.
