Would give no stars if possible, 58 bus is a joke, Turns up when it likes if at all, how are you supposed rely on this service if you can call it that to get to work on time every day.
Uk government wants cars off roads and everyone to use public transportation if it did run a decent service the public could rely upon then the public might consider it, but for the time being if you want to keep your job you should never use public transportation because it is not reliable.

The 444 That Operates From Chingford To Turnpike Lane Is The Worst Service I’ve Ever Seen Most Times I Have To Wait 40 Minutes To An Hour To Get One Despite Information Provided That It Will Come In 15 Minutes Which Is Normally The Time It Said It’s Coming On The Information Board At The Bus Stop This Garage Listening For This Route Needs To Be Reviewed I’ve Heard And Seen So Many People Complaining

We used these guys for our wedding, we had beautiful double decker vintage bus, conductor and driver were so lovely, we were so pleased with this company!
Such a shame these 1 star reviews are bringing the score down just because people are not reading properly!

I want to commend a bus driver Mr Alonso Varon Pineda bus no. 45 . This driver is very honest, nice and kind. I took the bus 45 from Shakespeare road in the morning around 7:30 on Sunday 8th of march 2026, got off at Brixton station and unfortunately dropped my wallet on the seat. After 20 minutes I was able to get another bus 45 to contact the bus I was on. Another nice driver ,a lady who helped to contact control room, though there was no response from the control room, we manage to see the bus. Returning from Morden after 30 mins.
Mr Alonso said he found my wallet, he handed it to me, after making sure the wallet is mine,
I have my bank cards, drivers license, my work card and £140. Not a single penny was missing. Everything was intact.i can't believe we still have honest and kind people.
This driver Mr Alonso bus 45 to Morden is one of a kind. Very very honest, kind and helpful.
He said I was lucky cos he always check his bus . Excellent driver in his job.

I had wanted to leave a positive review once my complaint had been dealt with, however, I raised a complaint and concern shortly after my wedding as the bus did not drop the passengers off at the correct location / address. They addressed an alternative complaint and confirmed they would come back to me within 5 days regarding the location issue, but almost a month later, I have not heard from them despite chasing up.

It is incredibly disappointing after dealing with Rory and his assurances I would have a resolution that we do not have this.

The bus itself, was very hot, but enjoyable. However, the customer service and speed of handling a genuine complaint is not.

The London Bus Company did my sisters wedding. I must say I was VERY impressed. Sean the driver was excellent, joining in with photos,and nothing was too much for him. He was great fun,but at the same time,very professional. The bus was immaculate,and we had lovely interaction with lots of people on the trip round London,as it drew a lot of attention.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend The London Bus Company to anyone,it was brilliant!!!!

I cannot praise the London Bus Company enough for the hire of the beautiful single decker bus at our daughter’s wedding. They accommodated all our timings, drop offs /collections for the occasion. On the day Sean the Driver contacted me on arrival at the pick up point, he was an amazing young man who drove the bus through central London with aplomb. Not easy when there are so many modern buses competing with him for road space. He was careful at all times and our guests appreciated his skill.

The bus was beautiful and added a lovely ‘touch’ to the occasion. Thank you so much!

Most occasions when travelling on the London buses on certain routes Oh my god buses are constantly delayed for months after months…..knowing the fact most traveler's like myself check their travelling options and time, it Never seem to b on time. From my experience whenever I do check my travelling time it will tell me a time my bus is scheduled to come, but the time I get to my bus stop and check again, London buses on certain routes are delayed…….most of the time nearly everyday no matter the time of day…..I find it to be quite ridiculous, annoying, frustrating, unfair, and waste of travellers time but yet still it cost a lot to travel in and around London on buses. I do not need apologies I need for London buses to be on time all the time so travellers can go bout their day instead of standing and waiting for buses as if we didn’t check the bus schedule. Currently I have been waiting since 7:25 am for a bus that was scheduled to come at 7:35am now it’s 7:50 am and the bus has not arrived yet. Kmt

We booked a vintage red London bus for our wedding guests. The London Bus Company could not have been better in terms of communication. They were very flexible, accommodating, and the bus was in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We hired a bus for our wedding to transport from ceremony to venue. The bus itself was beautiful, clean, although steamed up quickly with the cold air in December! All our guests loved it and we brought our own champagne and snacks onto the bus - it would be great if there was a way that this could be done 'in-house' like other companies where champagne can be delivered in advance, or hire someone to serve drinks to guests at an extra cost - but worked fine with our groomsmen doing this! Communication before the day wasn't the most timely, although this didn't impact planning- it all got sorted! I really appreciated the call in the days before the wedding to go through everything. Conductor was lovely and all our guests had a great time!

Today I was trying to get on a bus and the bus driver couldn't wait 1 second it also didn't stop for me horrible experience!

We were standing by the bus stop, waiting for more than 5 minutes, we are going to the hospital since my wife is sick and pregnant and im with a 3 year old child too. When this driver passed by the bus stop, he deliberately ignored us. We waived our hand to get his attention but he deliberately turned his face away from us. My wife is sick, weak and pregnant, its debilitating and unprofessional what this bus driver does.

I want to recommend the Bus Driver on the 363 at Peckham Library at approximately 11:30 am. I was sat on the bus, when I see the passenger racing towards the bus stop. But because there was another bus ahead, I assume the driver did not see the passenger. The lights change and the passenger, run towards the. I was wondering if the driver was going to open the door, because he had already away from the stop.
I was pleased that the driver used his discretion when making the decision to open the door and allow the passenger to get on. I said as much to the passenger that deeds like what the driver did make me smile and give thanks.
Because of my experiences the past 8 years, I want to share moments like these as we can celebrate what is still good about the society we are living in. Thank you Mr. Driver on behalf of every child/ren, young person and vulnerable adults who rely on London Transport to go about our daily business.

Booked the London Bus Company for our Wedding Day. Arrived well on time, great communication to arrange and excellent staff on the day! If there was one element to suggest updating, the speakers in the bus we had were unlistenable. Although this didn't degrade our experience, it would help to enhance those wanting to hear music on their route. I wouldn't hesitate using London Bus Company again though!
