Poor quality and poor customer service… took the product and money both
I ordered a dress from Loom and…
I ordered a dress from Loom and requested a size exchange. I handed over the product, received confirmation via SMS, and even the delivery partner confirmed the pickup.
It’s been 4 days now. No exchange delivery. No refund.
The app itself shows that the delivery is delayed, yet customer support says they haven’t received the product. How is that even my problem after confirmed pickup?
Right now, I have neither the product nor my money. I’m literally being forced to chase my own hard-earned money.
No accountability. No clarity. I’m pregnant lady getting stress and anxiety

Worst experience. I bought a kurta pant set for around 8k and in first wear the sleeve was torned. Upon contacting them they asked me to send the dress and instead of exchanging idea or refunding the amount they waited for 2 weeks for fabric to fix the sleeve and now the are saying the fabric is not available so i will get by torned dress back. I wasted so much money on buying clothes from loom and now i am scared to wear them as they are too pretty and delicate to even wear

I ordered an M size and it fitted well
I ordered an M size and it fitted well. Next order I again checked the size chart and ordered M but it did not fit. So i changed it for a L. That also did not fit...now Loom is saying we cannot allow exchanges as per policy. The measurements mentioned are standard and not specific to pattern or material. Disgusting to see them making money without being honest themselves or too lazy to mention measurements based on eachvitem type
Bad quality
Bad quality. Tear easily. Sizes vary for same brand. Return policy is very bad. They use a service who bombard with messages even when I tell them I am out of town. Better to try and purchase in local stores and support them than buying the uniforms of bad quality they are selling.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with The Loom. It has been over 2 months, and my cashback issue is still not resolved. I was supposed to receive ₹5,000 worth of reward points, but only ₹2,500 was credited initially—and now even that amount has been removed from my account.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the customer service team keeps giving incorrect commitments and no real solution. Every time they say it will be resolved “in 48–72 hours,” but nothing ever happens.
This has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m unable to use the points I was clearly promised. For a brand like The Loom, such poor service and lack of accountability are unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping with them.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from The Loom. I received a dress labeled “Shilpi,” not The Loom, and found the exact same product on Myntra for almost one-fourth the price. This feels completely misleading.
Fabric quality low and flimsy
Fabric and customer service are very bad. Quality f fabric went downhill over the years. whole Dupatta you can sueeze into your palm to hold it is that thin and flimsy. Their quality control is so bad that there are rips in dupatta. Price of those clothes not justifiable. they lost their loyal customer for ever.
