I am trying to get back my balance of 50 unsuccessfully euro since 2 months. They are doing everything not to transfer my money back as if I am requesting not 50 euro but thousands. For expmple they request a picture of front and back of my credit card. Imagine if you have more money on your account. You will never get them back. Update: I got my 50 euro back after 40 days and a bunch of documents requested from their side. So when you deposit they need only a credit card. But when you withdraw they need bank account certificates, pictures of your id and credit cards, proof of adress etc. I was their customer for 20 years. And thanks God that I tried to withdraw these 50 euros to understand to quality of their service. Now I am deleting my account.

Worst experience online. Even worst than Chinese e-commerce businesses.
I tried to make a withdrawal on the 31st of January. Their website stated it would take 1 to 3 days. When six days past anf I didn't get my money I contacted customer support. They said its 5 to 7 business days. Then a couple days later, I get an email saying my withdrawal was canceled. Now I've been trying to contact them for over an hour now and no such luck. Now it seems I just lost my money.

I am concern about people buying international lottery from online sources like Thelotter and others etc please note, these platforms are just taking your money they will never give it back to you even if they cannot pay common $60.00 what do you think will happen if you do hit $1,000.000.00 or more You will never get it . In the first place read the terms: it states they are the sole owners of the ticket you pay for. That means if you even win anything you cannot claim it because you do not own that ticket legally. You are just a cash cow for their business. If you read any sweet review know that that came from a member or friends of that platforms who do have some direct or indirect benefits from the income.
If you ever want to buy any international lottery, get a friend in that region to buy a ticket in the main draw with that you are sure of getting paid when you win

I withdrew US$24 from The Lotter
I withdrew US$24 from The Lotter. The withdrawal was approved on 16 Dec 2025 at 8:17 (Confirmation No. 541902). However, two months have passed and I have not received the money in my bank account—not even a single baht.
I have tried contacting The Lotter’s support staff, and they stated that the withdrawal has already been approved. However, when I asked for proof of the transfer to my bank account, The Lotter was unable to provide any such evidence for me to verify with the receiving bank.
The Lotter is a fraudulent website and does not actually allow withdrawals even when you win a prize.
Dear The Lotter Support Team,
On February 18, 2026, I received an email from The Lotter informing me that my ATM card ending in **4862 could not be used to process the withdrawal transaction. As a result, the amount of approximately $24 was transferred to my credit card ending in *6114.
However, the card ending in *6114 is a credit card, not an ATM/debit card. I am unable to withdraw cash from this card. Furthermore, the transferred amount was automatically applied toward the outstanding balance on that credit card, which means I could not access or use the $24 at all.
This situation raises serious concerns. If, in the future, I were to win a larger prize—for example, $1,000,000—I would face the same issue and would not be able to withdraw the funds if they were transferred to the same credit card. The card ending in *6114 is strictly for purchases and does not allow cash withdrawals.
In addition, your team did not initially provide proof of the transfer. I had to spend several months sending follow-up emails to track the status of my $24 prize. This has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience, and reflects a lack of professionalism in handling withdrawals.
I respectfully request that The Lotter transfer my winnings to my ATM/debit card so that I can access and use the funds immediately without restriction.

First time withrawing a prize after patronizing their business for two years, it is very difficult. They want your bets, but will not honor your win.
For the past two years playing on the platform, i would only win at most 10 usd, so i would just re-bet those. But i recently won 60 dollars from a Spanish lottery. I've withrawn 50 and to support the platform, i bet 10. I was told to expect 3-5 days.
On the 6th day, the status is still pending. I asked the agents why its taking too long and they instantly reply with the template "huge volume request" as they do with other patrons.
What a dishonest business.
