8 days and no delivery. Website says 2 to 5 days for delivery. Order status reads despatched but nothing more. No tracking number or nothing. Avoid this site

I'm a bit surprised by the low rating. I've been ordering coffee from here for years and have never had any complaints about the quality or delivery time.

Will not be ordering here again. Waiting a week now and still no delivery. Contacted customer service via email and the online contact page on the website and so far have been ignored. Did not receive any tracking information. Will give it another few days then contact my bank

Excellent flavoured coffee selection, I used to get my coffee elsewhere and came across the love of coffee and I am indeed very happy. I had a query with my order and they sent me an email and sorted out my query. Would highly recommend them. 🙂

Ordered pecan nut flavored coffee beans for the first time and once tasted it was tasteless, weak and not pleasant at all to drink. Unfortunately I purchased three bags of the stuff and of course cannot return them. Wrote to love of coffee and no reply, couldn’t care less. Back to Roast and Post for future purchases.

Order came within 18 hours.

The coffee is amazing quality. The smell when I opened the bag blew me away.

Been buying coffee since start of the pandamic after receiving it for a gift - easy service, quick delivery and reasonable pricing.

Please stop using R.M. to send packages of everything that you are selling as nothing turns up on time Evri are quicker than R.M. Also tracking links would be handy so the customer will have an idea on when to expect the package.

I ordered chilli flavoured coffee . Can’t taste any chilli in it . Disappointed won’t be ordering again not cheap either .

I have been using this company for a number of years. The coffee is really nice.
However this year they made a mistake in my order. I contacted them straight away and had absolutely no problems in getting it corrected, they sent an replacement that day. Friendly service, apologised for the error.
Couldn't fault the customer service. Will definitely continue to use them.

Order did not arrive. I contacted company and was asked to wait. I waited 6 more days. Nothing arrived. I contacted the company twice- no reply.

The coffee is delicious, I love the flavoured ones and some of the more rare coffees on offer. The customer service has been spot on. I asked for ground on one of the coffees and got beans by mistake so I got a free complimentary bags as an apology which arrived promptly. The delivery is quick and free over £25. I won't drink coffee from anywhere else now.

Disappointed with coffee. Weak and of little taste. Emailed company to request support but no response from them disappointment once more. Will not reorder but go to a company which values its customers .

Sheldon is ABSOLUTELY superb. I am so glad I found this.

I normally enjoy one or two fairtrade coffees usually a day. Then one morning, I read a fantastic article about the realities of coffee and the presence of mycotoxins in intensively farmed coffee, and that led me to Sheldon.

I order around £30 worth at a time as it's a fair free post for over £25. Most of all, Sheldon is always around to answer questions and is only happy to speak with you and explain and get it all tickety boo.

A rare find!!!

I've been looking for flavoured coffee in the UK for ages that tastes like the flavour and doesn't just smell like it. I finally found it with the love of coffee!

I placed an order on the 29th of January, two payments were taken for the same items on the 31st of January. Despite e-mailing, leaving feedback on their online portal and trying to speak to them on the phone.

No one has responded.

This leaves me to wonder if the company is still trading.

I've been using for years, never had a problem, prompt deliveries, my reviews on their site are absolutely genuine

I have been getting my coffee from here off and on for the past 2 years and have never had an issue. Turns up quickly and the Coffee is always top notch. Highly recommend the Indian Monsoon Malabar -Strong..

I would avoid this company. The good reviews on their website are probably fake and written by a freelance writer. Like the other two reviewers before me, I have a problem with getting a reply from that company. I have been waiting for an order for over a week. I told my postie what they charged me for delivery, and he told me what this cost corresponds to. Which is a tracked service and should in no case take that long. So either they charged me for a service they did not use (I never received tracking information) or the parcel was lost (which we could check if there was tracking information). I had to involve Paypal because they company did not reply. But Paypal is giving them until August 8th (!!!!) to reply. So AVOID if you value your time and money.
