Finally found some gorgeous swimwear!
After so long I was going on holiday and thank god I found the Luxe Company. Usually I can’t find any really nice swimwear and I ended up with two as I couldn’t make my mind up! I also got a gorgeous coverup to match.

Completely ignored
I bought some silk underwear for my wife’s birthday. I didn’t open the gift box but when my wife did do some 4 weeks later one item was the wrong size. I immediately wrote to The Luxe company asking to do a swap for the right size. I was outside the 21 returns policy by a week but my wife was given the present on holiday No reply to my email. A further email - No reply. Even worse I now see I could have bought the same item cheaper elsewhere. I’ve also discovered the range is discontinued (not mentioned in the Luxe site). Nothing very luxe here. Plenty of better outlets to patronise. Don’t use this lot

I ordered a £70 dressing gown on 30/12/2021.
They said it has been delivered by Royal mail. It wasn’t as I was out at the time stated. After almost 2 weeks of calls, emails and rubbish talk the Director has just told me that as far as they are concerned, Royal Mail has delivered and so their contract is fulfilled!!
Absolute robbers. They should have some contingency in place for lost items. I’ve never come across such deplorable customer service.

T&C's are there to protect both purchaser and seller. This item was sent via a tracked delivery service at our own cost and initiative precisely to address issues such as disputed deliveries. Had we been unable to provide an independent third party confirmation of delivery we would have accepted liability and refunded this order but the sellers liability has to end at some point and we think that a third party confirmation of delivery is sufficient proof of order fulfillment to discharge our liability.
