Excellent Customer Service
While having issues running the new overlays that were created, I simply commented on a post that was advertised. I said that my Lightroom was barely working. I immediately got a reply in my inbox and from there the support I received was unmatched. We were able to find that my M4 chip computer was unable to figure out how to get the overlays to run smoothly so I was given a replacement that were what I was looking for while keeping my Lightroom running properly. After deleting the original overlay files my Lightroom works again and I have the beautiful snow presets I was after! I definitely recommend The Luxe Lens. These aren’t my first presets from them and I love what they create!

Luxe Lens presets, actions and AI actions are some of the best.
These are some of the best photography actions and presets, I now have 2 sets wedding pro 2, and the fashion and editorial set. I use them all the time saving hours of time. These are good for any style of photography.

I only bought Oak and Ivy preset…
I only bought Oak and Ivy preset package, but it came in four different folders. I guess you get what you pay for, but I’ve spent similar money and received much better presets. I couldn’t start with a single preset as a base and go from there.
