The massage rooms is an excellent and professional service. I have been a long term customer for about 8 yrs now . I have had treatment from a number of the therapists all very good and well trained.
I had some fairly serious injuries and surgery so it was important for me to find someone really great and extremely professional Susanna is the best massage therapist I have ever had and I have been having professional massage for more than 30yrs now so I definitely have a lot to compare it to.
Each of the therapists I have seen has different skills and training so you will definitely be able to find someone who fits your requirements.
I not sure what the other customer was saying in terms cancellations but it’s very easy to do online or just give them a call I have never had an issue in regards to cancelling and never been charged for a session that I did not get.
I love the convenience of it and they come to you in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

If you are someone who like me due to illness , serious injury or surgery rely on a good massage therapist to help relieve your pain or want to feel truly pampered this is really a great investment in you. I have treated family members and my best friend because I think it’s one of the nicest healing experiences anyone can enjoy.
Hope this helps someone who is in pain because the relief is priceless. Thank you Massage Rooms and especially Susanna for all the pain relief it’s a total life saver for me.

Susanna has an intuitive sense how best to release even the tightest of muscles. I would highly recommend Susanna for a deep tissue massage one of the best therapists I have had

I have a difficult job and lead a stressful life. I booked Gabriella and she give me a wonderful relaxing massage. I felt great afterwards and it set me up for my weekend off. I highly recommend Gabriella and will be booking her again.

This is prostitution covered up as a "massage". I was offered an additional service for an extra "tip". Disgrace. I will never use this service again.

Ana was wonderful, professional and really cared about how I felt and making me feel better. She was on time and did the full hour from once I was lying down not from when she arrived. Ana is obviously more than qualified I will be booking another one soon. Thanks!

They do not read or respond to emails and telephone contact is worse than useless

Have good masseurs but not worth the hassle

I have been a customer for two years.My regular therapist she left the company so today I tried Joanna.I had deep tissue massage with some streching .She did amazing job.She is lovely personality hight professional.She exactly know what she is doing .I will definitely book regularly.

I have been a regular customer for a while now and can't say enough good things about how excellent The Massage Rooms are.

My regular therapists are Viola and Tunde who are both wonderful at what they do. I have also had massages from other therapists occasionally and have found all to be of a high standard of quality and professionalism.

Customer service is also very good and always helpful and polite.

All in all the only massage service you will ever need.

Have never booked a home visit massage so was not too sure what to expect ... but very very pleased I did! Avoided the rain and the traffic stress of London and got a therapist to visit us at home and then fell asleep 5 minutes after she left. Great Satruday night in!
