Vipassana Meditation

The online Mindful Meditation weekly classes for beginners have been a blessing. Sandy helped me understand better how our brain functions and that the primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but our thoughts about it. He also shared in such a simple, yet deep way what mediation really means and how Mindfulness rooted in Vipassana Meditation can improve our lives. I encourage any person who is struggling or wants to open their horizons to reach out to him and enjoy the sessions. The results are simply amazing.
