not impressed at all
Ordered my husbands birthday trainers from here - 2 pairs but only received one. tried to contact the customer services number many times and emailed. no response. i then had to contact one of the stores to be directed to speak to someone about my online order, only to get an email that the courier had said the delivery was made. i am still without a pair of trainers and without a further response fro Menswear site - Very disappointed as i was recommended this site by a friend - poor service and rather frustrating as I'm roughly about £70 down!

Mistake made but replaced
I ordered two items from the website. Unfortunately when my parcel arrived I only had ONE of the items I paid for and another random shirt I never ordered. No trace of the second item I ordered. However after an email to the customer support the issue was resolved within 2 days and I had my correct item sent to me.

Prompt and seamless experience. I stumbled upon this site during a marathon price comparison browse, not only were they the cheapest stockist for EA7 products they were the fastest. It is rare to be offered free next day delivery, I am highly impressed.

Wrong iten
Ordered some Stone Island slim jeans and received some horrible baggy kind of pants. Was still labelled as slim fit jeans but had different Art number for the jeans and the label. Will not trust again. Only good thing was next day delivery.
