Thank you for your review and feedback.
Just to explain a little regarding the delivery, for orders under £40 that do not choose Next Day Delivery (which is free for orders over £40) we use Royal Mail Tracked which is a 2-3 day service, but unfortunately as your order was received on the Friday afternoon before the bank holiday weekend, the earliest available dispatch date was the following Tuesday which of course led to the delivery date being Thursday or Friday.
Further, we choose to ask for a signature as we have found the delivery failure rate (IE loss of parcels) was too high for those parcels with no signature, which certainly leads to a poor delivery experience for the recipient, and we do our very best to avoid any poor experiences!
