First time tried to use themenswearsite to buy a bday present to my fiancé. I saw and bought a 80 pound herschel charcoal retreat bag online (their image is a big charcoal bag with a clear bag panel at front). When I received my delivery, I was so upset and disappointed, it was totally different to the pic on the Internet, herschel charcoal bag without a black panel at front!!! I even showed to my friends they all said the website sent off a wrong product to you. Rang customer service, answered by sean leeming, he asked me to send him both pics (the one on website n the actual product. I received), I did it immediately, however, he told me sth really stupid and unacceptable which was due to the computer contrast problem, but you received the right product!!!! Omg, I was very angry because that is just the biggest joke ever!!! So what I did is 'telling and coaching' the staff what is difference on the two products. And finally, he told me the bag I saw on the internet maybe called a different name, I asked him a. A customer you could not expect we know different names of the products, the conclusion is the pic your company uploaded was not matched with the name!!! You should let the company know and get it sorted. Otherwise, other people will do the same. So he 'promised' me he will email me back and tell me whether I will be able to get the one I saw on internet, however, the other disappointment, no follow up, no email received. And the most annoying thing is the website still not being amended to the right image/name. It is seriously the first time I received such a bad online shopping experience. I am so disappointed and frustrated. The bag I still kept it but I wont use it because it was not the one my fiancé like and I dun trust their refund and exchange system too..

I recently purchased a few designer items from The Menswear Site, I have to say I'm very happy with the quality and value of all the items. Would definitely shop here again.

The one thing I that was an issue was that when I chose cream as the jacket colour it let me go through to the checkout at which point the colour chosen had updated to navy as that was the only colour left. Had I not carefully checked that I would have bee left surprised!

Other than that the experience was very good. Would recommend it to anyone.
