Great support and good company for prestashop ecommerce development

Don't buy from this developer on the prestashop marketplace Template and dont buy on the themevolty.com page! Hes worst incorrect guy, and you suck if you step hes trap! I buy one template from Prestashop marketplace before , with 3 month support and lifetime free upgrade. 250 Eur . its the best theme and this is the most expensive on prestashop addons the prestashop official marketplace. First one time i recognize how the upgraded template on chrome browser dont show the subcategory slider when you have more than 5 subcategory in one parent category. i write the guys how this is one bug in the new upgrade, they answer buy premium support and we fix this. I say publish only the upgraded template when you tested well and work fine, not with full of bugs. After we fight litlebit and the guy, say we are best frends, and he all time fix any problem. Haha he fix this slider thing, its true. Its happen before 4-5 month. Now the presta have one big update and because the security and stability is important, need upgrade, my first question for the thmevolty team, how he's new template compatible with the new prestashop versions? He answer how ofcourse everithing good you just upgrade . Iam stupid, i belive for the guy, and upgrade, this total destroy my site, and the new template full of bugs. I write on prestashop official message board for the guy, how the template full of bugs and maybe update the published version. The answer again how buy premium support and they fix the problem. BUT!!! I think, if i buy one product with lifetime update, they need updating hes product without bugs, or if some bug coming because we are humans, if they have some friendly warning maybe first thanks the collab, and fix the problem, and publicate the fixed version urgently! Not blackmailing how buy extra support. I will install the themes, i run and administrating more than 100 prestashop. And 12 magento shop, and from diferent developers everyone, helpful and if some problem coming want urgently fixing. Not like this flegmatic guy. I understand how he want more money, but if he sell the product with recurring subscription to me is right asking and correct thing. BUT if he sell with life time upgrade hes duty how make the updates work properly when hes publishing! So after this long story, i dont offer this guy because incorrect!!!!
