The phone cover did not work. The screen couldn't detect the touch or fingerprint.
Also I cannot use the pocket mistouch function with the cover

I'm very happy with the service and the products. Delivery is fast, usually in a letter format straight to the mailbox. Have bought phone covers (the good ones from Spigen), screen protectors and an iPad cover and everything was really good.

Bought a Iphone phone cover from caseology, smooth and very well packed free delivery to mailbox, it took a week to deliver.

I ordered a protective shell for my new Moto G 72 smartphone based on their description of it as having a "hybrid" built (two materials used, one soft, one hard) and corners reinforced to protect the phone in case of a fall. Practicalities worked quite OK, but when I familiarized myself with the shell I was disappointed:

* the hard material appears to only cover part of the back of the phone
* there is no protective extra padding at the corners

Obviously, I felt more than a little cheated by this mis-information. It turns out that TMS has now discontinued selling this product.

My uv lamp didn't work send them pictures of broken uv lamp and esplanade everything that happen. They ask me if I use glue. I had written that I apply screen protector and lamp keep turn on turn off and begin to fall apart in end it broken so that was wasted money . Never going to buy from them again. Will oder from different companies now

Also the product is of bad quality compared to what is display on your website. I couldn't use it due to bad quality

The products are not usable quality. I don't think their accessories are qualified nor certified to use for Apple products. All the purchased died very fast, also damaged battery capacity of my Airpods, iPhone, Apple watch. I chose the shop because of the cheap. But I regret the purchase. I feel like the money went into a bin. The service is okay. The staffs are fine. But not convenient system.

Good value for money product delivered on time. I placed a second order and this was delivered as quickly as the first order 786469134.
Only issue I encountered was that the second order was never confirmed via e-mail after payment (unlike my first order), that was a bit odd, but fortunately all arrived well. It is likely I order here again in the future.
