I have tried many different products from other companies but these are by far the best. My main comment is about the sizing. I would normally choose a size L. (40/42) but I have found that the XXL is a much more comfortable option ….I prefer something that is not too tight.

Like a lot of men's pants - they're very tall. Challenge I noticed though was that the stitching for the fly seems to be through the plastic layer. This is at the edge of the plastic, so perhaps if your leakage is very slight you won't get to the point it leaks there. I had some seepage coming trough the pants at the fly stitching.

Thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear you are having leaks, it would be normal to leak around seams once the pants are saturated if they are not changed, but if you think they may have a fault please do drop a photo over to customers@cheekywipes.com and we can send a replacement pair,

My normal size for trunks is 40/42 but I have found that the equivalent size for the NG item too tight so now I go for XXL which is much better and very comfortable and a great product

They leak around the edges of the pad especially around the tops of the legs very embarrassing when incontinent - maybe OK for leakage🤷♂️
