Ordered and paid for a replica dining chair, listed on their website, took the money, then nothing, no reply to emails and the telephone number listed doesn't connect. They operate from a domestic address, no shop front or trading unit. Do not order anything!

The instructions were just rubbish. I ended up having to pay someone to dismantle the chair and put it together as the instructions were of no use whatsoever.
I ordered and paid upfront for two Florence Knoll sofas in January 2024 and was promised a 6 week lead time. When that expired, I was told another 6 weeks was needed due to manufacturing problems. When that deadline expired i was told another 6 weeks. Having chased again this week, the latest problem was shipping issues and no firm commitment. I have no confidence i will ever get the sofas.
Other then apologies, no compensation has been offered, and i would not consider using these people in the future.
I bought an Eames-style high back soft pad office chair from The Natural Furniture Company. It's a really good quality reproduction and I'm very happy with it. Alan was very helpful when it came to communication and delivery. Thank you!
Ordered a 170cm Oval Tulip Marble Table. It is really fantastic, great quality marble and get metal base, very similar to the original, but obviously in a great size that is not offered by the original.
Great customer service and really speedy delivery, would recommend the extra delivery cost, really helps with the heavy items.
