I mainly shop for shampoo and conditioner bars and bath products as I love my evening baths
All products very good.
The conditioner bars work ( had a disappointing bar from Lush which was not very easy to use)
I love the rose and geranium bath bombs and would love more products with this fragrance as it’s my favourite
I usually order enough products to avoid postage.
The service is very good and I will continue to order from this company when I want more products

Beautiful scents, luxuriously smooth soaps - it was such a lovely treat opening my package of soaps and bath bombs, my children loved smelling them all and I’m really happy with my purchases. This is the second time I’ve bought things and customer service is always lovely too - totally recommend :)

I ordered some of the mini shampoo and conditioner bars along with soaps and two days later they arrived. Excellent service. The box was a reused one so that's nice. The prices are really fair and justifiable and the products are really good quality. I love the feel of my hair after using them just two times. I don't need to wash my hair as often now and I love the fact that there's no plastic involved. The soaps feel really soft on the skin. I have dry skin and I've tried so many soaps but none have worked - until these. I'm so glad I found this shop, I'll be using this place again. There's discounted products and travel sized ones that are good introductions to eco self care without having to commit to the full sized ones straight away which is definitely a bonus. (By the way, the Cedar Pine shampoo smells like Henna which is amazing). I am never going back to plastic bottled, chemical filled shampoo and conditioner.
I cannot recommend this place enough, the site is easy to navigate, the delivery is quick and the prices are friendly to the bank account. 👍🙂

An update: unfortunately I am no longer using the shampoo bars. My scalp has been incredibly flaky/itchy over the past week. I tried only using one bar and seeing if I had had a reaction to a specific one but no specific one seemed to be the culprit. The soaps are still lovely and I will be buying them again, just not the shampoo and contitioner. This is not the company's fault, they are still fantastic and have a good philosophy, unfortunately my scalp just doesn't like their champoo and contitioner. I am still using shampoo bars, just a different brand now.

I've been using the shampoo and conditioner bar for a few years and I've noticed a great improvement on my scalp. I also use the soap bars that smell great! The bath soaks and bath bombs are amazing! I'm very happy with all the things I have tried so far!
Really good costumer service. The delivery is quick and I love the fact that it's plastic free! I highly recommend The Natural Spa products! :D
