Best Whole30 condiments that EVER existed!

Excellent customer service & product!

Bought a bottle of the mustard BBQ sauce from a local store that went out of business. When I opened the sauce the lid was damaged making it unsafe to consume. I reached out to The New Primal and they shipped me TWO bottles free of charge! Finally got to try the mustard sauce; it is scrumptious and works well for those doing keto/paleo or who generally love delicious flavors :)

I have ordered from New Primal several times, mostly sauces and jerky, and recently the new spices. I have loved the products, the family enjoys the flavor of what I’m cooking with them, and I appreciate the heath aspects and quality of the ingredients.

This last order I was going to try a variety of their newer sauces. I was watching the order get closer and closer to my house and on arrival day the box was delivered by the Postal Service in a garbage bag (literally a trash bag) with all my New Primal products mixed as a glass filled mess inside.

I took some pictures and sent them to customer service. I could not of been more pleased with the response. The representative was friendly, and funny about the whole situation , making mention how the pictures that I sent were basically a good representation of 2020 in a nut shell. She then assured me that they were going to replace the order promptly and send it with extra care.

When I received the intact package, it came with a nice note and a couple bags of jerky for my trouble.

That is quality customer service, and it will keep me a loyal customer for a long time.

On a side note one of the new sauces was the Smokey BBQ and it was great on the ribs I smoked this weekend on the grill.

The classic BBQ cooking & dipping sauce is not Vegan - made with bone broth. While I would guess that it is delicious as are all their other sauces and dips, it was not made clear that this product contains bone broth and as a result, I could not use it once received. When I brought this to the company’s attention, I was pleasantly surprised in that they voluntarily refunded my money for this product. A truly Ernest company - and I highly recommend their whole array of delicious vegan sauces.

Love the beef thins!!! They're my go to basically every day. So good and not as meaty as other crap out there in the market. It's soooooo good!

I purchased the Mustard BBQ sauce and it’s the BOMB! I use it to dip everything into! It’s amazing with pork and chicken and makes a delish pulled pork. It’s tangy and oh so flavorful!

The MEDIUM Buffalo Dipping and wing sauce or MILD Buffalo and wing sauce for beginners or with SENSITIVE DIGESTION has no onion and no garlic and 0g sugar ingredient. I love it. I used it in chili with beans, in dippings. Shipping and packing was great!! The glasses were not broken at arrival and arrived as promised.

I had an issue with a local retailer. I contacted The New Primal only making them aware of the situation. I didn’t ask for and wasn’t expecting anything in return. However, I was sent product for my troubles.

New Primal stands behind each item they sell. They are prompt to answer emails. Their Beef Thins - Sea Salt is some of the best jerky ever. And, also right at the top is their Wasabi Coconut Aminos. Guess I’ll never buy soy sauce again — even after Whole30. They offer free shipping at $35 which is awesome. I seldom write reviews, only a couple in 62 years, but this company is worth me taking time to write about. I am also using their Whole30 compliant seasonings which are really good. Of course I loved their coconut aminos UNTIL I tried the wasabi coconut aminos. I like the hot buffalo sauce on chicken thighs. And their selection of beef and turkey sticks, I’ve started keeping all of the varieties in stock in my pantry. I’m not a fan of salad dressings so I can help you in that area. If you are considering buying The New Primal products, I would highly recommend just ordering from the source. I used to go hunt for their products and that got old — fast. Now, I just click and it appears in a few days. They send an email to let you know it has shipped and you can track your order the whole way to your house. Way to go New Primal.
