Love! The ketchup is awesome (and enthusiastically endorsed by my 10 and 12 years old girls!), and I also love the original BBQ sauce. I've even started eating it on my eggs!

Best buffalo sauce ever
We purchased the buffalo sauce online and it is amazing! I was never a fan of the popular brand most buy in store because it tastes fake to me. A friend made a buffalo chicken dip with this brand and after tasting that I needed more. This is flavorful and nothing fake about it. It was shipped quickly and packed well to prevent breaking. Definitely will buy again.

New Primal = WOW!!!!!
We’ve been New Primal jerky fans for years so we decided to try the Ketchup. What we knew we would get is a top quality ketchup made by the best and cleanest ingredients. What surprised us is that it’s the best ketchup we’ve ever tried. Sometimes there is a taste sacrifice when you take out all that delicious sugar. Not here. This will have a permanent place on our shelf.

Excellent Customer Service
I emailed the customer service team regarding a bottle of buffalo sauce that was rusted under the cap. I love New Primal sauces so needless to say I was a little disappointed. I received an email back the same exact day with an apology and explanation of the issue, as well as, an offer to mail a replacement bottle. This all happened within 3-4 days, amid a global pandemic. Really impressed with the response and will definitely be a customer for life. Thanks for making such great products!
