Absolutley the worst experience

Absolutely the worst experience. Frank sells the products via Inst which i bought but due to sizing they do not fit. He kindly sent another pair but they were too big so i asked to return everything in the correct time limits and now no one provides details of a refund. Prob. good when things fit but when it goes wrong no support hence i would stay away from buying the gloves or anything else. I am down £80 and cannot use products and its a lot of money which is unfair on the buyer. I am still trying to get a refund by emailing in but no one ever responds. around 3 months now.

update: Frank Gilfeather has now blocked me from Instagram - means he only wants to sell you gloves but not stand by the product and have any negative reviews. I am still asking for a refund without any reply - AMEX now involved.

Please also note i have not been rude in anyway but I have questioned Frank Gilfeather's ethics.
