£700 order not received
£700 order not received.
DPD keep updating the tracking to say they’ve attempted delivery. I work from home AND have a Ring doorbell- no delivery has been attempted at any point.
Despite complaining and waiting 3 days for them to reply, North face send copy and paste emails saying ‘a delivery has been attempted by our couriers’ and ignore the information you’ve provided telling them this is an out and out lie.
About to raise a dispute with my card company to have the money refunded.
Do not recommend.
One Star is still too much
One Star is still too much. Ordered a £200 Jacket for my son, was delivered to the wrong address and went missing. When I called to sort out I was fobbed off and told too bad.. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THEM
I wanted to give a really honest review…
I wanted to give a really honest review of TNF. I have owned a LOT of TNF products over the years and have loved them. However I got a recon backpack for a gift nearly two years ago and two weeks ago the arm strap broke as I put the bag on. I contacted TNF to find out about repair or replacement and they have said I must produce the receipt before they will consider this. Now, even if I bought the bag myself I might struggle to have a receipt 22 months later but as this was a gift the buyer is not able to find the receipt. So this £120 bag will now go to landfill. I’m so disappointed with TNF and their xumstomer service that I will absolutely not buy another product from them. So disappointing after I have spent so much on their coats, clothing, bags.
Terrible experience- don’t buy their gift cards!!
I have a digital gift card and was about to purchase two coats. The voucher code/PIN is showing up as invalid. This was gifted to me two years ago but the voucher is valid until August 2026. I got in touch with the ‘customer care’ team… just wow! The most useless interaction I have ever had with an online retailer. They are so incredibly unhelpful, and the tone of this will leave a sour taste in my mouth for the rest of the day. I have proof of purchase, date of the purchase, the code and password, the email address for the purchase. I don’t have the order number - it’s a gift! Without this, they will do absolutely nothing for me. They don’t have an email address for complaints and were not forthcoming on helping me make one.
So, in short, that’s £100 wasted. I have never shopped at the North Face before and I was about to spend quite a bit of money, even with the voucher. I won’t be buying from them now or in the future. I’ll strongly advise everyone else not to either. Absolutely shameful.

The customer service is very bad and also I order so many items from north face and 1 item got missing which is was jacket and they trying to blame it on me. Who ask for box and picture. When it’s big order they keep missing item it happened to me 3 times. They didn’t refund me the money. When it’s missing and when you check cctv or anything they should refund the money. I am fuming
Faulty backpack & denied warranty claim
Purchased a backpack that began to fall apart after only a few years of light use, with the zipper seam failing due to an apparent manufacturing defect. I attempted to claim a repair or replacement under The North Face warranty but was declined. After lodging a complaint with Consumer Protection, they suddenly offered a “gesture of goodwill” replacement while still denying any warranty liability. As a customer of 30 years, I’m now walking away — the product quality and the fact that action was only taken once Consumer Protection became involved have completely eroded my confidence in the brand.

Received a discount code for my birthday but couldn’t use it on the renewed site , even though NO WHERE on the email did it say that …terrible service
Poor product quality, lacklustre customer service
I purchased a bag for a trip. After that trip, I noticed some of the protective layer of the bag's surface was damaging already. I contacted their customer support for help, to have it at the very least reviewed in person by the warranty/quality assurance team, but was flatly refused.
I expected a lot more of a premium product, and better customer support. I'd advise not purchasing any product.
Dangerous Product Failure & Appalling Warranty Process ointed with both The…
I am deeply disappointed with both The North Face product quality and their warranty service.
Product Failure: I purchased the Men's Torre Egger FL jacket - an expensive, premium jacket marketed for mountain conditions. On the very first day I tested it during a hiking expedition in the mountains in April, it was snowing and the jacket completely failed to be waterproof. I was left dangerously wet and cold in snowy conditions, which could have had serious consequences. Ironically, my much cheaper Decathlon jacket has performed far better.
For a brand that markets itself as technical outdoor equipment ("Summit Series"), selling a jacket at premium prices that isn't waterproof amounts to mis-selling. This is unacceptable and potentially dangerous.
The warranty process has been difficult:
* Sent the jacket back on 29th September
* Received an email offering a replacement of the SAME jacket (which I obviously don't trust anymore)
* Received condescending language like "returns due to inadequate size or colour will not be accepted" - as if they're doing me a favour rather than addressing a dangerous product failure
* No apology whatsoever for the safety issue or product failure
* After agreeing to an alternative jacket arrangement over the phone, complete silence for over 2 weeks
* Still no jacket, no timeline, no communication
Overall:
* A premium-priced jacket that isn't waterproof on its first use is completely unacceptable
* The warranty process treats customers as if they should be grateful rather than acknowledging the serious safety failure
* One month later, I still have no replacement jacket and no resolution
I cannot recommend The North Face. Save your money and buy from brands that actually deliver on their promises and treat customers with respect when things go wrong. My Decathlon jacket cost a fraction of the price and is actually waterproof.
Would I buy from The North Face again? Absolutely not.

I ordered a coat for my 14-year-old son, which cost £260. The package was left outside and I have never received it. When I contacted customer service, their response was essentially “tough luck, it was packaged,” with no solution or support offered.
I am out of pocket and have no coat for my son. It is incredibly disappointing that there was no attempt to resolve this issue or even offer an option. I am disgusted with how this situation was handled and cannot recommend this company.
Digital gift cards are a con.
Recieved a Digital gift card by email as a birthday present, went into the Bicester outlet after queing for over an hour only to be told it couln't be used here.
Checked on the web site on which stores it could be used and it says all stores inc Bicester.
Rang customer services and as normal get someone you can't understand and they said it couldn't be used and didn't give a dam.Can only be used on thier website where you have to pay more money for the same item, What a rip off.
Avoid digital gift cards
Excellent customer service at North Face White City
I had an excellent experience in their shop in Westfield White city. Brilliant customer service. The staff members were proactive and very resourceful.
A very happy customer.
I’ve been a loyal The North Face…
I’ve been a loyal The North Face customer for many years and have always had a good impression of the brand. Recently, on a trip to Europe with my family, I bought several The North Face items in different countries. In each place I visited, I picked up a t-shirt and a pair of shorts. Unfortunately, the last pair of shorts I bought started to have the brand’s logo come off after just a few weeks of use, even before I had a chance to wash them.
When I tried to send the product in for analysis, the process was incredibly complicated—something I did not expect from a company of this size. Even though I proved the purchase was recent and the defect was obvious, the return process was made unnecessarily difficult.
I live in a country where the return service that The North Face uses, UPS, is not easily available. I had to pay 14 euros out of my own pocket just to send the item back, which was very disappointing. When I mentioned this cost to the customer service agent, they were dismissive and told me there would be no reimbursement. I found this unacceptable given the hassle they put me through.
n the end, I told them that I didn’t care about the 14 euros—that was nothing to me. What I wanted was a refund if the defect was confirmed, and I no longer wanted the product. This experience has completely changed my view of The North Face, and I do not intend to use their products again. I believe a company of this size should at least reimburse the shipping costs and treat their customers with more respect.
Horrible Delivery and Customer Service
They delivered my package to the wrong address twice. And their customer service is absolutely horrible. I hate these billion dollar corporations and companies that constantly screw us and can’t pay to do things right. Will never be buying from Northface again.
clothes for climbing
i hike a lot, so need special clothes, here it is good
On a family visit to Birmingham I…
On a family visit to Birmingham I purchased a jacket from the North Face shop in the Bull Ring. The second time of wearing the zip would not work. I contacted North Face customer service to ask if I could get a replacement by post. They informed me that their policy is that it had to be returned to the shop where it had been purchased. I live aprox 100 miles from Birmingham.
Thieves
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings through asos which were shipped by north face and I returned them to north face using the returns label but I was ONLY REFUNDED FOR ONE PAIR !!!! NOT TWO!!!
Very sly of them be careful if ordering from north face or don’t order at all if you want to avoid being scammed !!
Missing parcel
I did not recieve my parcel due to DPD leaving it in an unsafe place. But yet the fraud and investigation team decided that they have undertaken their investigation and are satisfied that all items were shipped correctly and have been delivered. So I am left without my item and out of pocket because they are refusing to refund me! Really bad customer service they will not help me out what’s so ever.
Really poor
Really poor. Paid weeks ago, no update, no reply to my emails and no way of getting intouch. Who knows if my coat will arrive??
