I ordered a size 6 ring from them, knowing very well that was the size I needed, but the ring they sent was too big to stay on my girlfriends finger, and after emailing them, they said it was in their return policy that they didn’t accept returns for fit related issues. Where is this return policy, specifically the part stating this? Nowhere to be found on their website. Maybe it’s on me for not checking to see if this company was credible or not before buying from them, but even after emailing back and forth I just got ghosted by them. Terrible customer service, absolutely crap product, and overall a shit company. Never buy from them. (Not to mention this was after they canceled my first order for no apparent reason and told me there was nothing I could do except reorder and wait for a refund, 3 days before Christmas when I needed the ring. The ring then proceeded to take 3 and a half weeks to arrive, and looked to be low quality).
