AVOID THIS SITE I played this site quite a bit I only play one game mega fire blast roulette, I play the same numbers pretty much every time and hope my number hit the fire blasts. Lost a lot last month and some this month, then last night one of my numbers hit big and now I’m in breach of the terms and conditions and my winnings are void. I’m now banned from my account and they owe my a lot of money. It’s fine playing your same numbers when you lose all the time but the only times you win your branded a cheat.

To cut a very long story short.
I accumulated 461 pounds of sports bonuses
Was informed by moronic live chat agents I couldn't use my sports bonus until all REAL money bets had settled. I had 2 golf bets waiting to be settled. Once event ended 12 hours later bets still not settled
Contacted clowns at live chat who ignored message
Two minutes later golf bets were settled.
Part of my bonus 168 pounds expired at 341 pm I had 3 hours to complete the wagering wagering
Guess what? The bonus wouldn't work. Kept getting error 500 message
Contacted the clowns at live chat who couldn't assist me and at 4pm informed me that 168 pounds of my bonus had expired lol lol. Incredible

Tried this. Cleared Cache etc. New mobile. Still bonus didn't work. Got another message to say part of my bonus expires today 17th.
I contacted resolver who have helped me before I want all my deposits returned as these were used to accumulate sports bonus
Further to my review. Received a reply from The online Casino who told me again to close slots Snakebite which I complied with AGAIN. Now they added Black Jack MH to close also ! Which I did. Sports bonus still not working

For starters this betting site has one of the worst UIs I have ever used and horrific odds available. Horrible spreads and poor selection of events, with a site that makes me want to throw up navigating. I signed up with the offer deposit £10 get £30 SNR. I bet £10 and won my bet. For a start it took 2 days for them to even credit my balance with the winnings of my first bet. Feeling unnerved I withdrew my winnings, which took ages to arrive. I was then presented with a pop up showing me to use my £30 free bet. It took a day later for the stupid UI to actually place the bet. I played £30 SNR @ 2.3 odds & won £39. Upon winning the bet I had no money on my account. Confused I went to support who gave me no respect and told me to wait 72 hours for my bet to settle. 85 hours later with no winnings credited I speak to support again, who inform me that they will not pay my winnings due to me withdrawing my deposit. This is weird and predatory as the bonus TOS require 1x wagering the bonus, NOT THE BONUS AND DEPOSIT. No other bookmaker does this. A friend also struggled to get any money out of this site even after uploading documents. Avoid this site like the plague, they will rob you blind and then not allow you to take your winnings. Scummy company won’t pay me my winnings. Criminal behaviour from a predatory gambling group. Stick to bet365.

My £10 deposit was not allowed to place a bet for £10
and bank said they had not presented it to them and need to ask them to allow me to withdraw the funds which are not showing in my balance.

Signup offer was refused after placing £10 bet and winning first bet! So chose to close my account and gamble else where as felt scammed my withdrawal was then held randsom ! until I gave them so much personal information (photo Id,bank statements,etc) than the bank would ask for a mortgage something fishy going on do not trust 5 days later no payment go betfair or bet365 they honour ure custom 👍

So the introductory offer is misleading. Deposited £10 to get the £30 quid free bet, I placed the £30 free bet which won. Now I have been informed that I have to use the winnings from the free bet as another free bet. Also charge £2.50 to withdraw funds. Just avoid this company to be honest!

It's an ok site. Nothing jumps out as fantastic, but fine to play at.
