Lost £90 shoes UPDATED

UPDATE

TODAY RECEIVED THE SHOES BACK AFTER THEY SAW THE REVIEW ON HERE. LOVELY LETTER OF APOLOGY! Explained that they took had no idea they were closing but a lovely person had taken the time and trouble to locate them and return them. Excellent service and I hope this person is able to get a new job soon, they would be a credit to any company.

ORIGINAL REVIEW Sent a pair of faulty shoes back. Only now found out the shop/company closed down the day before and I have now lost my shoes plus the £90 they cost. Why did they ask me to return them knowing they were closing. Now no way of getting in touch with them to retrieve my parcel.

Fabulous!!!!

Was a bit apprehensive ordering from them as I had never heard of this store before. However I read a number of positive reviews, so all seemed legit.
I found a Rab jacket cheaper than else where so I ordered it. It came very quickly and emailing them was no issue, they were very responsive after I had some questions about my order. My jacket came and it was perfect. Would totally order from them again.

Excellent value and quick delivery

I bought my Patagonia rain jacket at a very competitive price (much cheaper than anywhere elsewhere that I could find online) and received it very quickly. I am delighted! Thank you.

Can’t fault the price and service from The Outdoorist. The Carhartt range was good and items I wanted were in stock and delivered quickly.
