I paid more than two month back and to…
I paid more than two month back and to date no deliver and no one to talk to! I had asked delivery at the floor and paid accordingly and the same was denied. I had a delivery date fixed then after I paid the extra requested by your agent delivery got canceled and no new date of delivery.
You arre not a serious company at all. My shipment after two month is still in Italy and God knows when it will be delivered in Paris. Never again I will use your services. Worst shipment company ever.

DISHONEST COMPANY- stay far away
I received a damaged item from Packengers on March 13 and immediately notified them by email. After 3 phone calls and 2 emails I finally received a response on March 27 telling me I could return the item for a full refund of $2700 or they would refund my shipping of $125. I told them I wanted to keep the item and get it repaired, they told me to send them an estimate on company letterhead and they would submit it to their insurance company. I sent it the same day but never got a response.
On April 16 I sent them the paid receipt for $500, they responded the next day saying they would submit it to their insurance company. On April 27 I inquired on the status, I received a response on May 1 saying insurance had approved my refund and they requested my information which I sent immediately.
I sent follow up emails on May 16, 21 and left a message with a secretary on May 26. I sent a follow up email today May 27 since no one called me back. I have not received a response.
It has been 2 1/2 months and I have spent many hours getting the item repaired and trying to get reimbursed.
I will never do business with this company again.

The worst experience ever!
The worst experience ever!! It’s had been 1 week and there is no current movement on my order. I won an auction lot late April by 5/5 my item finally start to move now nothing. I’m about two seconds from filing a claim with my credit card company for fraud on this terrible shipping service.
