Not a great experience. I will not return

Whilst the staff were helpful and co-operative onsite, the soap dispensers in the bathroom and shower were completely empty, and the heating didn't work in the room.

My flight was cancelled, which caused a 24 hour delay to my arrival, and I telephoned to tell them I would not be there for the first night. They still charged me for 2 nights rather than the one that I actually stayed. After I phoned to ask for a refund, they said they'd call me back, and then blocked my phone number. Not a great attitude.
