Just received my print a few days ago. This print is amazing!! Looks so much better than I thought it would. It seriously looks like a hand painted picture. I am getting it framed quickly so I can hang it up so everyone can see how cute it is! ( I got the reindeer with red nose) Can’t wait to buy more!! Great service and timely delivery as well.
I ordered nearly a month ago. Not heard a single thing from. Have reached out via Instagram and FB. No response to messages.
Can't even get a refund.

Sorry for delay in response - we haven’t received anything from you via the “contact us” details on the website and then I was searching for orders nearly a month ago so couldn’t find anything with your name.
I’ve just found an order with your name that was placed 6 working days ago on July 3rd - not nearly a month ago.
As standard we have always operated on a 10 working day turnaround which is stated on every social media platform and the website banner.
However as we are away it does state in bold on the top of every website page that we are actually closed for printing until the end of July.
I have refunded your order of 2 A3 card.
If there’s anything else I can help with then you can contact us via the “contact us” section on the website or any of the contact details stated there - we don’t always monitor social media - especially when we are closed.
