Roundabout registration. took me 1 hour still not done. what a waste of time! There are no phone numbers or email addresses you can send queries to. If you go to contact us, it's another bunch of roundabout links which in the end, you can't access your account because of there faulty passcode system! What unnecessary stress
how to build and ask the most confusing questions ever , website fries your brain how on earth do you expect people to use this . how have you not sacked the designers. its a very simple task made into a mission and stress
Turned a 2 second job in into an hour. Must do better
Spoke to Jamal Harewood about an overdue return - following a very generic response from one of his colleagues. He was amazing and walked me through step by step what we need to do.
Wonderful service.
I was going to provide feedback after the call but accidentally hang up at the end of the call - but felt that I had to flag up how amazing he was today.
Incompetent rude staff, website is as uselfull as a chocolate teapot, tyreek is a stiff tool could barely spell his own name let alone hold a conversation or guide anyone on how to use there backwards website, having wannabe road men as customer service is a fine example of what a SHI-T show this scheme is.
We received a letter from The Pensions Regulator headed "DO NOT IGNORE THIS COMMUNICATION".
In the letter they said they had written to us recently, however this was the first letter we had received from them.
This letter was a reminder to complete a declaration of compliance, advising that "failure to complete your declaration of compliance may result in you being fined" – however the letter arrived after the deadline, so it was completely impossible for us to action this on time.
The letter was also addressed to our old company name – the name was updated 10 years ago! This meant I was unable to complete the declaration online and had to phone, but the line was closed.
This is just sheer incompetence. Nobody in the private sector would get away with these kinds of failings, so why do public sector bodies constantly get these kinds of things so badly wrong?
My feedback to The Pensions Regulator would be: please adopt a fair and diplomatic approach with your communications and make them considered and humane. The tone in the letter you have sent is accusatory, however it's not us who are at fault.
An absolute waste of time of a company. Unhelpful and incompetent.
Reading of a script. Bunch of monkeys
They've managed to make this site both highly confusing and extremely flakey, which makes me wonder if it was done or purpose or just designed by cretins. Either way, it's a frustrating, time consuming pain in the rear to use.
Phoned these people to enquire how I should fill in an online declaration correctly as I'm no whizz kid with computers. They put the phone down on me after I'd asked them a simple question. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL of these people.
Contacted this organisation with and sent facts including my DOD. Response indicated taht they had not read my email - I was 68 years old but they said that on the basis that i was under 65 they would not act.
Total incompetents with staff unable to read/understand English text
Raised a concern with them about an irregularity in the qualifications of those who value pensions. Somehow it's nothing to do with them and they said it's a matter for the Financial Reporting Council. They refused to go to FRC themselves with the concern. FRC say it's not in their remit. Just another regulator that passes the buck from what I can see. Surely they could have done something.
