bought it with a grain of salt as previously with shopify businesses they took my payment and delivered nothing but the perfume sample shop is amazing!

my samples were quickly delivered, well packaged and the tester bottle atomisers are really good too. 10/10

Ordered on the 25th and came on the 28th which was super quick which I appreciate. All the scents were just as described and smelt like original. Bottles were also labelled super clearly and packaging was super cute. Definitely would recommend this small business to anyone and will be purchasing from them again soon!

Ordered a few samples leading to the purchase of the full bottles. Great experience came fast without any issues

I wanted to try out a perfume called Vayala before I bought the full size. I placed an order for Vayala and one more from the same perfume house. When I received the package I saw that I was sent the incorrect perfume. I'd been sent Oriana and not Vayala. I subsequently emailed the company and said what had happened. The response was oh that it was incorrectly labeled. They have taken no responsibility. I neither received a refund nor did they replace the sample with the correct one.
Something does not sound right. I was told that they would send me other samples. Of course I those were not sent. In any case why not just send the correct sample. My suggestion is not to deal with a company that has no integrity and that takes no responsibility.

Bought the item about a month ago and still haven’t received it. They said that they had it a week ago but they still haven’t sent it to me.

There was a slight misunderstanding that was quickly resolved thanks to the excellent work of the company's managers. All the samples arrived in perfect condition! I highly recommend this store.

Excellent service....ordered the sample and it was with me within a couple of days.

My original package sadly got broken during transit I imagine, causing all samples to leak everywhere :(. I contacted their customer service and they sent a replacement out straight away, with an extra free sample. The new samples came very quick!! Great customer service and lovely company. Would recommend if you like to try samples before purchasing a bigger bottle of fragrance!

I love ordering from here as I get to try some of the higher end perfumes before commiting to a full bottle. Dispatch is always very quick and the samples are nicely packaged

I bought the Kilian Pure series. it is a really nice scent, its persistence is also good, I recommend it.

Due to an issue with postage I didn't receive my order which is a pity as i was looking forward to trying them. So I cant comment on the quality of product. The company said they issued the correct customs codes but postal services here dispute that. Who knows what happened.
It took a while but once customer service were aware of the issue they said they would sort it for me and they did to their credit. Thanks.

Great service!! Unfortunately, I don’t like any of the samples I ordered but that is exactly the point of using the website! I was so happy with how quick the delivery was. I’ve ordered from a few competitors and it seems I’ll be waiting over a week so I would definitely order from here in priority, the service is so much better!!
