THIS COMPANY IS A:SCAM.
If I could I would give ZERO STARS.
But that was not possible.
I ordered a gift with a birthday card and next day delivery.
Obviously I didn’t receive anything
I contacted who I thought was the company.
And they returned an email almost immediately stating I hadn’t ordered from them.
I have since apologised to them.

I wish I read the reviews on this company!!
I ordered a photo print and had it framed. It was a personalised one, it was clear, bright and colourful. What I received however was poor quality, dark and you couldn't read half of the writing where it was so dark!
I also ordered 4 personalised ornaments for the Christmas tree for presents. They were professional photos so clear and nice. But what I received was poor quality again and blurry.

All of this I previewed before paying to! And still the quality was poor.

The customer service just topped the awful experience off! There not quick to reply at all, even though I sent photo evidence of the poor quality items they didn't care because they were personalised.

DO NOT waste your money. I wish I hadn't! I now need to order these again elsewhere meaning I'm more out of pocket! I'm disappointed and upset and they do not care! Awful company!

perfect customer service, we gave the wrong address and they sorted it straight away, the order came so quick, very well packed, the 2 wooden money boxes are perfect, cannot rate the seller highly enough thankyou

BEWARE!!! They are a scam!! I ordered a personalised photo frame for the anniversary of our friends. When the photo frame arrived to my surprise they had written the wrong year on the frame. When I told then that they made a mistake they said that it wasn't their mistake but it was mine. They never sent an order confirmation email so we didn't have the proof of the actual order we had placed. When I questioned them about that they send it 4 days after I placed the order. Do not trust this company as they do not accept their own mistakes and for sure you will have to purchase another gift after you have given then your money!

Lovely gift fast delivery

I bought 3 cups with them they sent me a letter missing and said that I didn't put it, but they could have checked it before since I bought 2 more with the same phrases, they said that they would even change what I would have to pay 50% of the value of the extra delivery cups which would be more expensive than what I had previously bought something else the letters tint are very clear and the quality of the cup is not really good.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! These are scam artists and they're good at it too. Ordered a name light for my daughter, it broke after 3 months. Asked them to replace it and they ignore all communication. Complete con merchants. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, THIS IS A COMMON THEME LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS!!!!

DONT BUY of this company personalised gift studio I ordered a solar light for my husbands 2nd year memorial you could not see the picture at all only the outline when I complained I was told it was the condition of the photo which is total rubbish they hadn’t edited out the background told me not getting a refund so now left with light not working and £29 down I am a pensioner and this has spoilt my husbands memorial on 3rd june

Quick and affordable, got a nice personalised lighter that arrived quickly, however the engravings are both crooked

Slow to dispatch from time of order received (5days) l didn't use tracking service as ridiculous price - that should have been a warning.Haven't received order yet so can't comment on product quality. Hope it is decent as is a gift. Very disappointing,..... Don't understand why such poor service, other companies manage ok!

I ordered a trinket box for my daughter's 21st yesterday and asked for it to be engraved. The item was shown on their website as being in stock so placed the order. It has taken a few hours looking for something and were happy to find just what we wanted. They say they have good reviews, doubtful given the poor reviews here which I did not read first, but I did want this trinket box which looked perfect so would have probably ordered anyway - a big mistake.

I received an email today from the company stating they have changed supplier and no longer sell this (even though it was still on their website in stock when I placed the order and also still shown as in stock when I checked after I received the refund email).

This company is The Personalised Gift Shop (also call themselves The Gift Experience on their email which sounds wrong and they are trying to get orders from their competitor with an almost identical website name. See below and separate review. The Gift Experience website looks different, so they appear to be two different companies.

Please do not order from this company as I can see from other reviews there are issues.

Do not confuse this poor company with their superior competitor who I have ordered from before and whose name is almost identical - Personalised Giftsshop.

I have left a separate review for Personalised Gifts Shop and recommend them and they are highly recommended.

In summary :

DO NOT ORDER FROM The Personalised Gift Shop aka The Gift Experience which also has a different look so looks like a different company).

PLEASE DO ORDER FROM Personalised Gifts Shop.

Poor customer service, very slow expensive delivery with no tracking which I suspect is to cover up the fact they don't dispatch when they say so. Slow to refund. Very little to be positive about. My advice is to avoid this company.

I should have looked at the reviews before my purchase. I ordered two In Memoriam personally engraved baubles and when they arrived, the engraving on the baubles was so lightly done that it could hardly be seen and was very difficult to read. So sad as they were supposed to be special gifts. I’m hugely disappointed and will not buy from them again. I don’t recommend this business.

I ordered a gift from personalised gift shop . There was a problem with the royal mail delivery - the company were fantastic sorted out the problem and offered to replace the gift if it didn't arrive
I am delighted with the gift and cant thank the company enough for their help and support.
I fully recommend that you use personalised gift shop for your special gifts

Had to give1 star as they deserve minus...
Ordered a personalised latte cup, paid £9.99 for a £1 cup, paid £7.99 for next day delivery and that was 3 days ago..
And I'm sat here still waiting on delivery..
I will never use these people again and I would recommend you don't either...
A very unhappy customer

I ordered a chefs hat described on website as one size fits all. It it very small and doesn't fit anyone so it's useless.

I ordered a personalised champagne bottle for my parents Ruby Anniversary. It cost about £45 arrived late, and the personalisation was incorrect. I requested a partial refund and all they offered was to send out a new label to stick over it. I don't live close to my parents and really shouldn't have to ask them to replace the label. The whole company is based on personalisation that's what they do...and they can't seem to get that right. Avoid.
