Ordered a dog coat in December, no coat has arrived and now in February. Contacted them 3 times, only once replied and said would be delivered the following week nothing showed up. Scam company, do not buy.
They haven’t refunded!

I ordered two dog coats 5 weeks ago. Customer service is ignoring my emails so I messaged them on Instagram and they said it’s in transit and was posted 2nd class with Royal Mail. They haven’t provided any tracking information, they’ve clearly not sent my parcel. Sites a scam don’t order from there. Wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered.

The pet pits automatic cat litter tray! WOW amazing yes it is expensive but they offer klarna I opted next day delivery and that’s when it came! Amazing amazing amazing!!

I ordered the same coat over 3 times couldn’t quite get the right size but eventually got there. The team from The Pet Pit, were very understanding and helpful and made a very uncomfortable situation very comfortable and for that I can’t give less than 5 stars. A company that cares!

I ordered 2 coats and 2 collars the coats took a while to come but when they did it was worth the wait great quality!

6 stars if I could, Dan and the Team were great, I accidentally ordered wrong size as the one I wanted was cheaper they refunded me the difference! AMAZING!

Ordered a coat for my dog since the 7th Jan but never received. First was told it has been recalled due to damage in delivery, then said it will arrive within a week, but till today, I have not received the coat. They’re not answering emails either when I requested a refund. I’m really disappointed.

Was going to give 4 stars because delivery was a little late but Dan did apologise but found him professional to work with in helping us get our designed bed for ruby thank you 🙏🏻

Business went through a tough time but seems to be on the up, delivery times greatly improved and support is much better.
Message on Instagram for better response as some emails go into junk.

I want to put peoples mind a rest of even tho there is negative reviews I still decided to order because I loved the products, also got 10% discount.
Saw advert on instagram and arrived yesterday and the cats love it, steam comb and interactive play ball
