Don't trust them

I moved into the Carriageworks development in Bristol, developed by PG, about a year ago and dealing with them has been a disaster for myself and my neighbours ever since.

We're almost at the end of our snagging period, but almost none of the issues we've flagged over the past twelve months have been acknowledged let alone addressed -- including no working hot tap in the kitchen.

The building has had leaking issues on all floors, with some residents having significant amounts of mould on walls, floors and furniture -- but told they'll have to wait months for repairs.

Features of the building like doors, lifts, and ceiling panels are falling apart less than a year after the building was completed. Requests to have the issues addressed are mostly ignored, but sometimes met with gaslighting with residents told it's "meant to be that way".

I would warn anyone against purchasing a property they've been involved in.
