Joe Comacho, hands down, is the best at what he does. Joe was referred to us by a mortgage lender to get us ready to purchase a home. Joe really helped us. I'm completely in love with the results Will Smith from The Phenix Group has provided for me, and the ease of their process. It was well worth it and I couldn't be happier. I've always been skeptical of credit repair companies, as I know most of them send out generic letters to the collection agencies. The Phenix Group worked with attorneys to handle my credit repair more in depth, where it was needed. My results were 100% account deletion for all 3 reports, over $21k in negative debt removed, and I gained over 300 points total between the 3 bureaus! My scores went from the high 500s/low 600s, to 727 on up! I wanted to cry when I received my results lol There was constant communication and any and all questions I had were answered promptly. Before I signed up to work with THE PHENIX GROUP I was working with Philly credit mechanics and I was in a constant state of wondering and questioning their methods, continuing to pay fees that lasted forever; yet, my credit was going nowhere fast.Having to sign up for various clubs to build more credit and those clubs either going out of business or closing their doors on people who signed up to build their credit. To be totally transparent I was hesitant about going in with Joe Camacho and The Phenix Group solely because I didn't want to repeat the same exact process and experience what I had experienced with Philly Credit Mechanics. Now, I'm wishing I would have signed up sooner. My credit score has jumped faster that anyone I personally known coming for a four hundred to five hundred point score. Joe has also ran a background check on the way Philly Credit Mechanics operate and explained to me the difference between his firm and theirs. Joe Camacho and his team are amazing. I remembered the first time I received a phone call from Joe. He gallantly told me that, he's the one that will grant me ticket for half a million dollars loan. Ever since then, Joe have been taking care of my credits and ensure that I do the right thing. We grown to become a brother and sister without knowing each other. Last year December, I was able to buy my dream home.

I have been working with Thomas Torello for over six months and its been such an amazing experience. I was referred to him by our amazing realtor. Thank God she did tell us about him Because we got our dream home that I could never imagined being ours. Even to this day after a few months of living in this house it still feels surreal. My wife and I came to him with so many credit issues. We really didn't think it would be possible for home ownership yet alone our dream home. He was very consistent and very thorough from the start. Our home buying process started about 3 years ago. We applied with a mortgage broker, and we got approved for $100,000. We were a little bit depressed and did not understand why we did not qualify for more. About a year went by and we started looking for a mortgage broker near us and we found one. Our mortgage broker looked at my credit and knew it need work. I tried for a few months to work on raising my credit by myself without help. I was able to make some small improvements. My mortgage broker passed Joe Camacho name to me and said give him a call. I waited a few months before I called Joe. On the first call Joe ask some questions and setup a follow up call to brief the plan that he came up with. In May of 2021 Joe briefed the plan he laid out as well as the ground rules and a step-by-step guide from start to finish. What Joe told me that night sound to good to be true. I was a little bit apprehensive at first, but I trust our mortgage broker and told Joe lets get me ready to by a home. During the process Joe fixed some mistake that I created earlier trying to fix my credit by myself. On credit karma my score was in the 585 range when we started and currently with Joes help it is now 758. Joe puts his heart in soul into his work and fights hard to repair your credit. He is very professional and super knowledgeable. With Joes help I was able to get approved for a $500,000 home loan. Also have we closed on the house I was able to purchase a new vehicle and Joe helped me with getting a credit card. My only regret is I wish I would have called Joe sooner. I highly recommend Joe Camacho for your credit repair needs.

Working with David has been a godsend to my family. I had been trying for years to work on my credit with little success. After speaking with a few other repair companies, I was referred to David and from the first call, he was open and honest about the process, cost, and expectation. What can I say about Joe! He helped me get my credit where it needed to be to get me a beautiful home for my family. He was straight forward and I loved that. When my husband and I were searching for our first home, we were told I needed to raise my credit score to ensure we were able to get approved to purchase our dream home. I was unsure of what I needed to do to raise it, so we reached out to Joe with the Phoenix Group in March of 2020. Joe reviewed my credit and explained to us what actions I needed to take to raise my score. He was very helpful during the process and was always willing and ready to answer any questions we had. There was a time where I did something that could negatively affect my credit score. Joe reached out to me as soon as he saw it and I was able to resolve it.

In January 2021, we were able to place a deposit down on our first home. We would have about 6 more months to get my credit where it needed to be. Through that time, Joe and his assistant, April, were in constant communication with us. During the times I needed to contact a creditor, Joe or April would guide me through the phone call. Through Joe's guidance, I was able to address the things I needed to increase my credit score. We were able to close on our first home in August 2021. Yay! No more renting, we are now homeowners! My son loves his new home!

Hands down the best experience with Joe Comacho at Phenix Group. We had our reservations about working with any company at all with all of the scams out there but he pulled through with everything he said he would do. My husbands score went up over 180 points since working with Joe. The sense of relief we have felt has been amazing. We had let our credit get out of hand and it was hindering everything we wanted or needed to do but we have already seen the change. We can’t thank him enough for all of his work.

When I heard about Joe Camacho and the Phenix group, I was as skeptical as one can be. How could this person “magically” help me achieve, what I had “methodically and through all possible score-increase Google reads”, not been able to achieve in years!? I went ahead and prepared myself to hear that my credit score would not get any better, that I had paid what I needed to pay, and that after a divorce-impacted-score and too-many-medical-bills, I was done and needed to give it time. I put the hesitation aside, and wrote him an email. The next day I received a call from Joe. It was his transparency, assertiveness and knowledge on finances, that gave me the push needed to move forward. Joe asked of me to be committed and to follow his “rules”. Soon after the first round, I started seeing my score increase. I have seen such a huge improvement!
