Stop wasting time looking for the perfect credit repair company and just call the Phenix Group. Call other companies and then call Phenix and you’ll see what I’m talking about. You’ll learn more in 15 minutes with these guys than a month working with another company. I was with Lexington Law for 3 months and it’s was literally a waste a time and money, something I don’t have a lot of. Luckily my loan officer at Cross Country Mortgage referred me to these guys.

I’m currently enrolled with them and my analyst is Joe Camacho. This guy is brutally honest and will tell you what you need to hear to get your butt back on track. His knowledge of credit blows my mind everytime we talk. I’ve already seen results in 3 months and I have the confidence that my credit will be where it needs to be by my closing date.

I found The Phenix Group completely by chance, but I am truly grateful for it. Upon giving them my information for a FREE analysis, I was contacted the very next day via email by David Rodriguez. He assured me that he was here to help and that he could point me in the right direction; he did so much more than that. Even within our very FIRST conversation by phone, I knew I could trust in him immensely and he did so well at building rapport within the first few seconds of our conversation. Throughout the process, he remained in contact with me, we would contact each other by phone, email, and text (there were periods where he would be on the way to other appointments and couldn’t answer but he would still make sure I was taken care of) he really made me feel like a priority and I could tell he genuinely cared. I would never hesitate to call him if I needed his assistance and I never doubted his responsiveness. In hopes of saving this from being a lengthy post, I just want to emphasize that my interaction with David Rodriguez was by far the best interaction that I’ve had with any service that’s helped me in the past. He was exceedingly knowledgeable and would go beyond just answering my question, he responded within minutes, and he would always ask me to email him to keep him updated (which I loved). I would give David and The Phenix Group 10/5 stars, they have exceptional service and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had reached out to David at the end of December to help with raising our credit score in hopes to buy a new home. While things have not been easy with COVID-19 and FHA qualifications on the rise it has been great knowing that David is on this journey. While things have taken a bit longer sometimes having patience is what you need. David gives great advice and credit scores are currently on the rise (Fingers crossed). I hope to utilize Davids expertise and services for months to come to get that house and continue to raise those scores. I would reccamend anyone to reach out to David. He is awesome. He also shows no judgement. He understands sometimes we dont make the best decisions but helps move you in the right direction. David is so kind and nice and forthcoming with valuable informaiton he literally could be a teacher. I also am not the easiest person to deal with neither is my husband (inpatient) and David has taken it with stride. Thanks David!

I contacted The Phenix Group after seeing the all around 5-star reviews. I was trying desperately to raise my credit score on my own, but after a year had barley seen any results. It was time to reach out to a professional, and I'm glad i did. After just the first phone call, I immediately knew the phenix group was the correct choice. My Man Joe Camacho helped me an my wife get our credit to where it had to be so we could get a house and we got got a house soooo exciting but he didnt stop there he kept goin after we got our home to make our credit even better this dude is awesome hard worker and on our ass about how we spend and use and everything to get stuff done but it's worth it every step of the way really really recommend this guy!!!!

I met Joe through a homeownership tour. He spoke about the importance of having good credit to purchase a home. I have tried several credit repair companies in the past but none of them compare to The Phenix Group! I decided to call Joe in Jan 2020 to see if he would be able to help me get the credit score needed to purchase a home. I gave him what i thought to be an impossible task. My situation was that my lease was going to be up in April so I needed my credit repaired in a short amount of time because I had to move out of my apt. When he told me that he would be able to do it, in my head i was like no way he could do this in 4 months.

When I had the consultation, it blew my mind! He was so thorough in explaining how this process was going to work that I had to take notes lol! He made sure I understood what my role would be in all of this and he made sure I understood what he and his team were going to do too.

Everything he told me in that consultation happened and in March 2020, he called me and told me I could put my 30 day notice in to my landlord and that my score was good enough to obtain a mortgage. I couldn't believe he brought my score up high enough in only 2 MONTHS!! I was so happy hearing that and it honestly brought me to tears because I never thought that I would be able to actually buy a home.

On May 22nd I closed on my first home! I ran to my daughters screaming I did it. I got us a house. Your mom did it! We were high fiving and hugging lol. The joy I felt at that moment is indescribable.

I started learning more about credit a few months ago and ive been taking steps to build my credit. I though it would be helpful to get in contact with Phenix group to help me do this. I spoke to Bryan today and after going through the details on my credit report he assured me i did not need their services as i was on the right track. I’m leaving this review because it would have been easy for him to lie to me and take my money like many other credit repair companies do. Thanks for your honesty Bryan!

I have just started this journey with David Rodriguez and I must say that I am a little nervous but fill very confident in everything that David has told me on the phone. David hasn't lied to me one time. David has told me that this is a process and that he will do 99% of the work and all I need to do is 1%. My wife and I really would like to buy a house as soon as possible but have had some issues with our credit that's left us feeling pretty low. I CAN'T wait to see what David can do for us moving forward. I will update this review in 3 months and then in 6 months. So far so GOOD!!!! I was referred by my lender to work with Brian Quinn @the Phenix Group because I was struggling to raise my credit scores. I was previously working with another credit repair company for over 6 months that pretty much just took my money without helping me improving my credit. I gave Brian a call and he immediately got to work. He explained the entire process very thoroughly and ensured that I took detailed notes. I want to say thank you to David Rodriguez and The Phenix Group for their amazing credit repair service. I was referred to David by my mortgage lender in Ashville, NC. I was in very bad shape with my student loans and other credit issues from going through tough times in my younger years. Not only are they the best credit repair company in Texas, but I'm confident they are the best in entire country!!! I closed on my home in December and got the best interest rate for my mortgage. David Rodriguez with The Phenix Group was amazing! I cannot rave about this company and team enough. They are so knowledgeable and really care about their customers. The market is overwhelmed with many companies but I promise this is THE BEST ONE! David took his time to offer information without taking advantage of me, gave me follow-up steps and has even helped beyond his call of duty. I would refer any and everyone to him who is looking for good quality help.

Brian Quinn helped us recover our credit. I was in the low 500's on on my credit and a year later I'm showing in the mid 700's. It costs some money but it is definitely worth it!

The Phenix Group is a wonderful company if you’re seeking honest, professional and dedicated representatives to help you get on financial track. I couldn't have done it without Brian Quinn’s assistance. I can’t begin to tell you how helpful he has been in achieving my goal to eliminate bad debt in such short amount of time.
This is a reasonable priced legitimate company with proven results and I will continue to share their information with anyone who is financially challenged. Every time I’ve reached out, Brian was readily available to answer my thousand and one questions and to help with any issues.

I knew I could benefit from professional credit counseling, but I had no idea where to begin. Thankfully, Joe Camacho was able to take great care of me. You see, I’ve known Joe for many years, so for those who are thinking about getting help, once you talk to him for the first time you’ll feel like you’ve known each other for years. He’s a results-driven, true professional, and really cares about serving his client. After my phone consult, I was told what I would need to do, the cost for the services, how long the process would probably take and what to reasonably expect the outcome to be. I found it very reasonably priced, less than I expected, and simple. The process happened just like Joe laid it out and I did as I was told. I did not have to converse or correspond with any of the creditors. At the end of the process my score was raised over 120 points and I could not be happier with the outcome. I’ve never been able to get auto loan interest rates this low in my life, and I also recently qualified for my first $25k credit card. In addition, maintaining my security clearance never has and definitely never will be an issue down the road. I fully recommend him and will tell you if you call someone else you’ll be making a huge mistake.
