I found myself turned down for the promotion that I've always wanted. The reason for the denial.... MY CREDIT!!! Here I am in my mid thirties and clueless to the fact that credit really does matter. I reached out to a few friends and Joe's name was thrown out there. I have to admit at first I was a bit hesitant but ultimately figured "What can I loose?" I called Joe and immediately was impressed. Talk about detail!! We spent over an hour on the phone. Joe didn't just offer me a solution that was main steamed across the board for all his clients. He offered me a solution that was dedicated to just me and my situation. Such a personalized experience. Before my own eyes I saw Joe's work coming to light. I started this journey with my credit scores in the low 500's, today I am sitting pretty at a good 709! I couldn't thank Joe enough for his thorough work and honest ethics. I would highly recommend Joe as he has definitely proved himself and earned my full trust. I do have to say not only is he awesome at what he does but he is also pretty damn hilarious, I never end a phone call with him with out some sort of laughter. Amazing guy all around.

Joes continuous care & attention to detail cannot be matched when dealing in something as vital as your credit score. We had laughable numbers and with Joes help we have gotten a new home, cars, and a credit score I personally never imagine I would have. Joes service is truly life changing & I don't know where we'd be had we never contacted him. I know it wouldn't be in this lovely home with a amazing credit score.

Brian at the Phenix Group was AWESOME! He helped me and my wife every step of the way in helping us to improve our credit. Brian Quinn has done an amazing job with removing all negative items off all three credit reports, which held me back from buying new car. My wife was a little skeptical during the signup process because she was not sure if i was just throwing my money away with no results, but that all change once Brian Quinn spoke to my wife about the program and my wife was able to see results from the program within the first two months. I can say Brain mentor me through the program as he always call and email me. I look into other credit repair company before I came across The Phenix Group and was the best decision that I could have ever made for my financial future. I cannot describe how grateful I am to have found Joe Camacho! During our initial phone consult he pretty much broke down my report and told me exactly what I needed to do to improve my scores. More importantly, his advice during our consult resulted in items being deleted off of my report within DAYS! Through this process I was able to decrease the interest rate on my home loan and mortgage insurance! What I also liked about Joe is that he takes his time to ensure that you understand the process...he is extremely knowledgable in many areas outside the realm of credit repair! I highly recommend Brian Quinn and the team at Phenix! He has kept me informed throughout the process and very relatable. So far they've knocked off 40+ negative/inaccurate marks off my credit reports, greatly increasing my credit score.

This company did a great job and we achieved very good results together, I say ‘together’ because it does require the participation of the customer and their team to reach the end goal. There was very good and consistent communication throughout this process, rarely a gap in communication existed. James Lee was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. What could they do better? The cost could be lower to the consumer, that is the most significant feedback I can provide. Given that I participated in the program for four months and no one from their legal team was ever involved, which can be very costly, I submit that this program could be less costly to the consumer.

Justin is just Awesome! My husband originally used Justin to improve his personal credit. He successfully removed 12 of the 14 items in dispute, resulting in my husbands credit score moving from 580 to 800. Not only does he produce results, he communicates with you throughout the process and is diligent in following the process. He continuously provides updates and follows through on what he says he will do. I am confident in saying that Justin is unlike any of these fly by night “credit restoration” companies because he does the work and produces long term results.
