Update: just had the email to say withdrawal has been returned to my account 12 hours later as withdrawals are temporary disabled. STILL. Instant banking withdrawals are still pending 18 hours later.

All sister sites are not paying out, used to love this site, always big wins and instant payouts unless got a big win and then it takes up to a week to pay out because of checks apparently, but past two months, they have left my withdrawals pending for over 24 hours then to email me to say they are having problems with card withdrawals and to to instant bank but two months later still cant withdraw to my card or instant banking, but they wont do any checks till its been the full week.

Edit: Note that their response contains fabrications - the cease and desist was written prior to the review, of which I also have proof :) they also failed to provide any link to this "opt out" that they apparently have (hmm.. strange) - and by law they are required to include it within any marketing texts themselves anyway, so they are still in violation of the law even if there was one (seems to be very well hidden if there is!).

Since writing the review I have received two more texts from them. Rest assured, there's no "slant" here - it appears they are upset that people are calling out their shady behaviour.

As invited by them, will be more than happy to have my solicitor contact them directly. Won't be bothering to read or respond to their attempts to sweep this under the rug on their sister company's page, probably a similarly slimy message, so thanks for the idea - Saves me the hassle of bothering myself. They'll be in touch, so no need to try and cover yourselves by responding with more huffing and puffing here, I'm sure they'd love to talk to you directly instead ;)

Notice that the positive reviews are all very suspiciously similar. Be smart and read the 1 star reviews which all report the same issues as I have had with them. A barrage of harassment texts and forbidden withdrawals. First it took them forever to actually validate my ID documents to allow me to withdraw, but they set the withdrawal limit high so that you cannot withdraw small amounts to test if they are legitimate (which most online casinos allow you to do, and a common practice) which is the first red flag. Then the real fun began - every single day, sometimes multiple times a day, they or Vegas Moose (sister company, part of the Small Casinos group) will send me a text from a different number with no "STOP" option, and the short code cannot be replied to. I block and report as spam, they text me from a different number to evade the block. They have sent me 42 texts inside of one month, which I have screenshots of as evidence. I have sent a "Cease and Desist" and will be pursuing legal action if I receive any more marketing messages and if they don't release the funds for withdrawal. I am deleting my account once I get my money back. I would not recommend this casino, I would not recommend depositing any money and especially not in large amounts as you may not get it back. I do not personally believe they are operating legitimately based on their behaviour. There are far better casinos that will not misuse your data and that will allow you to do test withdrawals before committing larger amounts of money.

Very quick with dealing an important matter and very informative in progress. Lots of different games as well. Would definitely recommend this site.

I joined Phone Casino and had a big win the same evening. After the big win my account instantly got suspended pending further checks. The next day I had an email to ask for ID and to confirm affordability. This is standard apparently in the UK. I sent all the documentation and my account was reopened the next day. I assume if checks had already been done then the shut down wouldn't have happened. I then went to draw my winnings out and as you could only draw £2000 out at a time I had to do three withdrawals (I had tried instant card withdrawal first but had an email saying their system was down). The three withdrawals cost me £3 (£1 per transaction). I initiated the withdrawal process on Friday and the money was in my account the following Thursday.

The phone casino has the potential to be a really good casino. The games are perfect for mobile phones (no turning the screen all ways). They have bingo, scratchcards, live casino and an enormous amount of slots. I was really impressed and game play was smooth and unglitchy.

I have rated 4 star, only losing a star for the withdrawal process. Whilst they do payout if you are legit, the charge of a £1 for each withdrawal and the length of time needs to be quicker to compete with the casinos where its instant. It maybe quicker for smaller wins.

However, I will no doubt be back to play with them again because I like the games and layout.

The worse withdrawals system yet i have discovered. Seen and played lots of online casinos but the withdrawal time frame is the worse of all i have seen . I withdraw £ 1721 . M still waiting . Its day 4 of the withdrawal. I hope i will get my money back in a week time . My question is when we deposit it’s instant,money is taken from our account but when we withdraw it took already 4 days still counting .. what kind of withdrawal system is ? This casino need to upgrade there withdrawal system as soon as possible otherwise it will be like nokia phone vs iphone . Absolute scammers! Will be reporting to the UK gambling commission today! Won £5 fair & square had my account blocked cause they made assumptions about my income? Basically closed it down cause I won. Not having it! I will be looking at legal options too! Wonder how much money you’ve willingly taken off people.

Update I won £5 of a free spin you asked me to send you details not one point did I say I was in financial distress. Just pay the money that I won can barely contact you so yes my opinion stands.

09/10/2025. Set up account with this dodgy company, sending them very important documents. I play a free game then win £5. I sent all the information as requested & by you viewing sensitive information you took it upon yourself to make me feel like am under financial stress when it’s the complete opposite. You asked me to send the same information over & over again. Bank statements etc. it’s gone past the £5 it’s now the principle. I also have an email saying that this will be paid. I am no longer communicating with a company who have the petulance of a child response. I have all the information I need. You can’t ring this company to speak to someone as you can see from the wonderful response from their customer service. I will be passing this onto UKGC as your reviews don’t paint you highly too. I will update all who sign up to this company on this post. It’s principle. Don’t have games where people can win money of free spins. I have nothing else more to say to whoever is responding.

Been using this site for awhile now had no problems with withdrawals in the past always instant which is what they say they try to provide I accept they may be times that it might take a little longer 2 hours at maximum not 1-5 working days that is unnecessary I’m fully verified and t haven’t asked for any documentation so there should not be 1-5 working days delay to get your winnings I have emailed them but they haven’t done anything to resolve this matter so considering there are other casinos sites out there that can other instant withdrawals in this day and age I would suggest you stay away from this site.
