I subscribed to the monthly pin club…

I subscribed to the monthly pin club thing early August and was told that I would be getting a refund for the shipping (I was charged 10 usd for the subscription and 10 usd for the shipping). I spent almost a month trying to get the refund. I sent two emails and an IG message and it wasn't after I left a comment on an IG post that Becky answered. I received my refund and then noticed early September that I had not been billed for the monthly subscription. I checked and noticed that I was no longer subscribed to the monthly pin thing. Pretty disappointed at how Becky treats her international customers.
