I had numerous problems migrating my joint nominee account from Equiniti to ii invloving many phone calls to both companies and being given diffferent instructions which did not work.
This morning I spoke to Lynn at ii who was on the phone looking at the problems and finally managed to resolve it after 45 mins. I commend her extreme patience in dealing with a 76 & 77 year old going to extra efforts to find the solution. She was very understanding and kind and we want to say thank you Lynn.

Authentic, rustic looking pot which looks fantastic in my garden! Just like the picture on the website. I like that fact you could track your order and the fact that the delivery company sent email informing you of where my order was every step of the way and it arrived within the same week of placing the order.

Order #2 Good acceptance and very indifferent customer service on delivery questions.
Additional questions regarding pot feet remain unanswered.

Website is good. Simple to use images good. Pot came as promised and looks great. not much more to say other than i would use them again!
