Genuine 4/5 star service, plus small attention to parts list
I have given four stars for this service, as I feel one small detail could be improved on.
Full details should be provided for customer of all the parts needed for the agreed job.
I have used Tom the plumber several times to date, and I trust him and the quality of the work he does explicitly- so normally I would give him a 5 star service?
But as this review might be seen by prospective customers, I feel this small detail of providing a full parts list to the customer prior to the work, would be to the advantage of the business!

An excellent plumber
Tom phoned me back very promptly after I contacted him. He had a guess at what could be causing my problem from what I described over the phone. He came round the next day and confirmed that his diagnosis was indeed correct. He ordered the necessary parts and came and fitted them as soon as they arrived. He was polite, cheerful, well organised, considerate of my neighbours, came precisely when he said he would, and tidied up after himself. In other words he had no bad habits. He was clearly a very experienced plumber.
