Awful returns policy doesn't account for Christmas

I bought a necklace and pendant for my wife for Christmas on November 25th only to discover after the day that I had ordered the wrong one. After contacting the shop on December 27th I was disappointed to learn that I could not exchange it for the larger one because of their stringent 14 day returns policy. This is not my understanding of what good customer service is, needless to say I won't be doing any more business with this shop in the future.

Sorry to see you left a one star review!

In December we actually extended our returns policy for customers until the 7th January. Typically, our returns policy is 14 days as standard any other time of the year.

You ordered and received your item in November but never contacted us until right at the end of December to notify us that you ordered the wrong necklace.

We tried our hardest to convince the designer to accept an exchange but the ultimate decision is down to them, not us.

Unfortunately, because you order over a month and half before notifying us, the designer declined the exchange.

We always look at different ways of helping our customers - usually, in this scenario, we advise customers who need special terms outside of the standard terms to contact us before ordering so we can confirm everything for you before you order.

I can only apologies to you that our 14 days returns policy wasn't to your personal standards but your welcome to contact us before ordering in the future for special terms.

Professional team and reactive to your needs

I bought some jewellery for Christmas and asked The Pommier to deliver me as soon as possible to be able to offer my gift for Christmas. Lewis, Founder of The Pommier, did his best with his team. He sent me few emails to make sure I will receive my jewellery and gave me feedbacks about my delivery. I received my order in France only 4 days after buy it. I am very satisfied about the Pommier. I really really recommand it !

J'ai acheté un bijou pour Noël et j'ai demandé à Pommier de me livrer dès que possibe de façon à pouvoir offrir mon cadeau pour les fêtes. Lewi, fondateur de The Pommier, a fait de son mieux avec son équipe. Il m'a envoyé quelques mails pour s'assurer que je reçoive ma commande dans les temps et m'a fait un suivi quant à la livraison de mon bijou. J'ai reçu ma commande en France 4 jours seulement après avoir fait ma commande. Je suis ravie d'avoir choisi The Pommier et je vous recommande de faire vos achats avec eux!

Bringing Back True Customer Service

I had a great experience with The Pommier. I shot a quick note with respect to my order since it was coming international and within a matter of an hour I got a response from the owner and founder of the company. I must say that was impressive. And he kept me informed along the way. Within minutes of me signing for the item from FedEx I got an email asking me if I was satisfied with the purchase. It really was a breath of fresh to see this when my usual experience with on-line orders is "send an email and wait several days for a canned response". Thank you Pommier for bringing back real customer service. You guys rock!!

Absolutely Amazing!

I was given a The Pommier gift card for my birthday as a present and was immediately pleased when visiting the website by how many items that I could buy using this for that value.

The website was easy enough to work my way around and I found so many items that I was impressed with.

The service I received was excellent, purchasing with a gift card was clearly explained and the emails I received afterwards letting me know when my order was accepted, processed and shipped was great, and the best thing was the delivery was very quick I had my order in just 3 days.

I will most definitely be shopping With The Pommier again.

Best Customer Service Award...

My order was pretty tall so I believe the designer took a little longer than normal to fulfill my order. The team at Pommier set themselves a reminder to check with the designer on the day the products should have been ready.

The team continued to be in touch with me to assure me that my order should be shipped soon and once it was shipped they sent me a way to better track the order.

I feel these days many companies do not work hard at the customer service end of the business, The Pommier team went above and beyond to help me become more knowledgeable about my order and put my mind at ease that I would receive everything I ordered soon :)

Great experience

The timing of the order was as expected. They even followed up to let me know that things were moving along once it was 10 business days out (since the designer states that it requires 10 business days to make the product).
