I’ve been delighted to have been a customer of The Pooch Shed for some time now. In fact my dog made it her nightly treat to choose something from the treat box, no negotiations possible! It’s been such a joy to see our old girl’s eyes widen and tail wag frantically when the box comes out and she knows immediately when the postie brings it. She’s actually like a puppy again! So we’ve made it a monthly box. It’s such a personal service, we often get a really lovely message about the contents, which are picked especially for her because she can’t always manage certain chews. The boxes are such excellent value, packed with a great variety of items to keep things exciting. It’s also a bonus to know there are no artificial nasties, everything is natural and healthy as well as enjoyable for her. It’s especially important to keep seniors occupied when they have less mobility. And of course that all makes us very happy indeed, so we can’t thank or recommend The Pooch Shed enough.

The products Katie sells are high quality and sourced with care. My dog has some allergies and Katie worked with me to swap products out which he couldnt eat for ones he would enjoy. She is always on the end of an email to answer any queries I have and as a dog owner and walker she puts the welfare of our pooches first. Highly recommended.

The Christmas box arrived in good time for Christmas Day, they checked with me what substitutions could be made as my dog has allergies and were happy to swap. Great service and packaging. The only thing that would help is a label on each item saying what it is as one stick caused slight irritation but I don’t know which meat it was. Would be helpful for dog with allergies. That said my dog would carry on and eat the entire box if I let him !!

Katie is so great at understanding my Beagle’s needs and remembers my previous orders. Plus the variety of food is incredible, almost too much choice which is why I can’t resist. Won’t shop anywhere else for my furbaby’s treats/food.

I ordered Lola's Box as I follow her on Facebook. I was so impressed with the amount of treats my 2 dogs got in their box , I have a American Bully and a Chorkie , There is treats in there suitable for them both . So far my dogs are loving them ! Didn't take long to arrive either . 💕

We've tried a lot of chews for Norman our English Bull Terrier, he's an aggressive chewer and I have to say that these chews have lasted the longest. There's such a huge range, I want to buy them all and knowing they are natural and not full of nasties, puts our minds at rest. Katie was very quick to reply to any queries we had which made the whole shopping experience a breeze. We will definitely be buying Norman's chews from The Pooch Shed in future.
