Outside box for transport was pitiful and can't get water tube caps to close.

Surprised to find pool cover was so much thinner than last one, could have been my fault for not ordering correct one. For now above ground pool is protected from leaves, grasses, weeds and birds for the winter. How many years it will last is anyone's guess as it is fairly thin. Next time I will be certain to spend a little more money for a heavier pool cover.

Purchasing was easy, arrived in good time
But I was wanting a better quality cover and would've paid additional if I could've returned it. Rules say once opened cannot be returned. Not sure how else I could've looked at it.

I ordered a pool cover for my above ground pool, as well as a leaf net. I ordered the incorrect size leaf net, but didn't realize that until we took it out of the box and put it over the cover. I folded it back up, put it in the box, hopped on the website and ordered the correct size. But as I was checking out, my computer hiccuped, and I was unsure if the order went through. So I ordered another one just in case. Of course the following morning I received two confirmation emails. The company called me, as they didn't think it was right that I ordered two leaf nets. I explained what happened, and she cancelled out one of the leaf nets. I also explained about the incorrect sized leaf net that I ordered. She said this was not a problem, she gave me an RMA # and I sent the leaf net back to the company. I appreciate that these transactions were taken care of quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Good quality product. Did not like to see that repairs had been made to the cover.

We have purchased 3 pool covers for our above ground pool over the last 10 years and each time we have been so disappointed in the quality. Those covers were each inadequate. We have our new pool cover from Pool Centers and it is wonderful. The cover is sized to fit better, the seam around the edge is reinforced and the cover is made of material to stand up to the weather. Recommend Pool Centers highly.
