The pool cover was shabby, hanging thread on all edges. I will be returning for refund.

Pool cover was fine, but the cable was too short about 2 feet!

After waiting for our pool cover for some time I called Pool Center. They didn't know why the order hadn't been filled and shipped. They called the manufacturer. The manufacturer thought we ordered a custom cover and didn't have enough information to make the cover. We did not order a custom cover. Finally, a week later we received the off-the-shelf cover we ordered.

Never used this company and was not sure about it's service. They were very professional, and tracked my order from the time it was placed, I would have no problem using them again in the future,

Received my Oder very quickly, place it in Sunday and received it Tuesday morning, cannot comment on the products as of yet I haven't closed the pool yet, I hoped not to be disappointed.

We ordered a 20 x 38 blue cover and received a 18 x 36 green cover that even had someone else's name on the label. When we called, the respondent made it seem as though we were incorrect and it should be the correct cover. But as we looked further into the cover, it was indeed not the one that we ordered.

Price was the best out there for the same product.

They sent me the incorrect cover from my original order. The cover was delivered on Friday and I realized after opening the box late Friday night that they sent me a cover that was half the price of the one I had ordered. When I called on Saturday it indicated that they are not open on Saturday or Sunday. (Not a great idea in my book for an internet company). I left a message on their voicemail on Saturday but still had to call them on Monday. The correct cover was shipped on Monday and they sent me a return shipping label on Monday also. No charge to me to ship the incorrect cover back to them. Received the correct cover by Wednesday. However, received a call from another person from their company on Tuesday indicating they didn't understand my voice mail. Not sure what that was all about

Ordering online was easy and the item was received quickly. Tracking number provided made it easy to know when package was expected and it arrived on date expected.

They are really fast. They processed and shipped and let me know when I would get the pool cover. Not sure if the pool cover is good, but it had a 20 year warranty. The warranty covers what not to do for the warranty to be valid and a decreasing value over a 20 year period which is completely understandable. The cover was heavy too, not like the other ones I had purchased. I am pleased for right now and don't expect it to change.

Had to replace an existing extremely heavy 10 year old safety cover on our pool. The solid and mesh safety covers for our custom shaped pool are now beyond expensive so am going back to a good alternative. Quality cannot be judged without a few years of use but the literature gives a good sense of anticipated quality. Cover arrived within a few days, am looking forward to closing
